1. En el edificio de habitaciones no hay personal del hotel, y por lo mismo no hay forma de hablar con alguien a través del mismo edificio. Un tedio encontrar al personal hasta otro edifcio en otra calle. 2. Camas muy incómodas: no cuenta con colchones si no futón. Mi esposa terminó con dolor de espalda por la base de madera. No hay cama matrimonial, solo literas.

It was the perfect little apartment with cooking and laundry facilities. It even had a drying mode in the bath to quickly dry clothes. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Location is nearer to the Toji Station than Kyoto Station. There is a beautiful temple in front.

The washing machine needs to be aired. It smelled funky.

Good location. Washing machine and drying A/C function in the bathroom was very convenient for longer stay. The room was quite spacious, so there was enough space for big luggage.

Overall, it was a good stay. The beds were decent, the place was clean, there was a good kitchen, and the location was excellent.

The separation on the roof is thin! You can hear footsteps when the person on top walks. Normally, it's not a big problem, but we happened to have a crazy person staying on top of us who sounded like they were walking in circles and moving furniture until 2am in the morning. We had to go up there and tell them to quiet down, and it still took them another hour to stop. I guess you risk having a sleepless night if you end up with a crazy neighbor upstairs. The check-in time was a little limited (I think you need to get there before 7pm or something?), but fortunately it wasn't a problem for us.

this place is awesome, have big space, clean and comfortable to stay there. would like to come back if I go to kyoto next time

The living room is quite big. Besides, there is a washing machine in the washing room for free use.

Good location approx 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station 10 minutes to AEON shopping mall which has supermarket on ground floor. Right opposite Toji Temple fantastic view. Clean and comfortable.
