central location, not far from the metro, very accessible , wasn’t too busy. I love the eco friendly vibe they integrated into hotel

Breakfast was quite modest, in Bilbao we had smoothies, fried eggs, fresh juices and pancakes at the same rate of the hotel and for 15 euro (here it costs 18 at the reception). Also we were charged 18 euro for the city tax, however Booking stated at the reservation that tax was included in the price but it’s not true..

Close to hop on and hop off stop and the train station.

Food in hotel restaurant was not worth the money. Also, not a lot of decent restaurants in the area.

The breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL. I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian and I left stuffed! I kid you not there is so much wonderful, attractive and exciting choice. And surprise alert: the carrot juice was awesome - better than orange juice. I am a convert now! The rooms have a fridge AND a proper cupboard. Excellent shower in the bathroom. The staff was SO accommodating. They really helped me print off my boarding pass - and their English was excellent. There is a really good pavement restaurant el Caserole that serves Galician food (I know!). Reasonably priced and delicious - try the sepia (cuttlefish) and the seafood soup. The beer is served in iced glasses. So good! There is a taxi rank outside and any number of taxis to flag down on the main road outside

There was no black tea in the room only fruity versions. But, unusually for a European hotel, there was a British jug kettle as well as a coffee making machine. The wi-fi was seamless

Top Hotel, very good value for the money paid, excelent breakfast 5 star ⭐️ The problem was the room next to mine very noisy no respect for the other guests

Reception team was extremely professional and helpful. It made the experience of staying in the hotel. They do care about you and help with organising sightseeing, bus tickets etc. You do feel welcome in the hotel. We also got drink tokens for each day when we didn't need a room service what supports environment.

We were unable to get a glass of wine on Saturday evening as the bar was closed until 8:00. This was very strange not to have bar services available to guests until 8:00 pm.

The area was beautiful and close to all amenities and sites.

I arrived home at night and the room door was open. Nothing missing from room thankfully. No feedback from staff when approached. Was told cctv cameras would be looked at but no report from staff when asked unfortunately. Other than that the stay was very positive.

asked for 2 rooms close together and got an email that it was no problem. when I got there, our rooms were on different floors

The woman at the reception desk was exceptionally unhelpful and rude to the point of being obstructive
