We had a lovely stay at Gracia. The apartment is very well equipped. Kitchen is not only beautiful but have everything you need. smart details such as basics: olive oil, sugar, tea, ground coffee, salt and pepper, made the difference! check in is in a different location, you get to know the team, and they gave you an amazing city map. Taxi is covered, so it’s all good!

The location is perfect! Gracia is an amazing neighborhood. The design of the living room is cute and the tiles on the floor give this place a nice vibe. The apartment is specious, the kitchen is well equipped, the soap, conditioner and shampoo are of good quality and the shower is great. Lastly, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The appartement was a bit cold during the winter and it's very dark inside.

Such a nice cozy apartment. Kitchen fully equiped, clean, bed is amazing. Check in at Hotel Brummell, other side of town, but super convenient! free taxi, and the staff is SO nice and really helpfull:)

The location is great - so many good places to eat and shop.

The place looks better in the photos, in reality is more outdated and some things are a little worn out. The floor was not very clean when I arrived, they did offer to send someone to clean it but it should have been clean before my arrival. The building is old and noise carries throughout - I heard the neighbours and in the evening music from the bars around. The closet in the bedroom was used to store an enormous supply of cleaning detergents - I had to move everything out to the balcony because of the smell (and the bedroom doesn’t have windows to air out). Overall the apartment is okay but doesn’t justify the rate they charge.

Carl at check-in was one of our favorite hosts. The neighborhood of the apartment was prime for walking around and having easy access to hip shops and food options. The space was well-curated.

Having to go to the hotel to pick up keys to the apartment (Although they pay for taxi from hotel to the apt). Once arriving at apartment, the directions to which floor were not correct and were lucky to have a neighbor help us find it. The apartment was very cold and took a while to heat up the space (the heater was in living room so it was cold in the bedroom). Could use more blankets and a full-length mirror. While the location was great, it did get a bit loud at night with the bass from bar music.

After a little clunky check in and taxi ride... with a taxi driver that we had to direct... we arrived at what can only be described and a great apartment! So much space and in a quiet building (even had a lift!!!!). The apartment itself was great, and well designed. A few quirks with hot water (took a few showers to master it) and the kitchen but would highly recommend for a longer stay. The neighborhood is perfect and short walk to 3 metro stations means you are easily anywhere in the city very fast!

the apartment needs a little love (a few loose tiles and blown light globes) the check in process is fine but would be good to really ensure taxi drivers are confident of where they are going (which I understand is a challenge in many cities).

Nice apartment with traditional Gracia feel, equipped with a great kitchen in a very nice neighborhood. Lots to do and see in the immediate vicinity.

There was unfortunately a renovation going on in the apartment next door and that caused quite a bit of noise. The workers were considerate however, so that there was noise only during daytime when we were mostly out.
