The apartment is a perfect location just being a block away from St Marks Square. The apartment was very comfortable especially the AC. I would definitely rent again.

After 18 years, my husband and I decided to return to Venice, but this time with our two children. What we had not realized, was that we booked this apt. which was in the same courtyard as the hotel we stayed in years ago. It's tucked away, so the area is very quiet, but yet in a perfect location, close to the main sights. What's special about this apt. are the views of a narrow residentail street with shops, a glimpse of the canal, and the lovely courtyard. Matilda was fantastic and very professional. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and she really made us feel welcome with her genuine warmth and kidness. The A/C units are brand new and are excellent. This is coming from someone who is used to great air condition in the state of Texas! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well maintained and all the linens are in great condition. The washer/dryer is brand new; however, it had a malfunction when we were there. As mentioned before, Matilda was quick to respond to our concern, as we needed to do laundry. I would book another property with Matilda in a heartbeat.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was just as shown in the pictures . We enjoyed our stay very much! We really appreciated being met at the taxi and brought to the apartment. It would have been difficult to find on our own.

Matilda, greeted us at the water taxi and was very helpful with local recommendations! Nice apt, more spacious than pictures. It was quite warm and the apt is on the 3 rd floor, unfortunately the AC was not working and we advised the management co immediately and asked for some fans until they got it fixed... we did Not hear back so open windows with no screens allowed the mosquitoes in so we all woke up with numerous bites

Roberta and Matilda were extremely accommodating. Our plane was delayed and arrangements were made to meet us and direct us to the apartment at 1:30 AM!! Grazie!

this is a great property that has been totally updated and is located 2 blocks from the main Plaza, cathedral and Doge's Palace. separate bedrooms and baths and very well appointed. my family of 4 stayed there 2 nights. Highly recommend it!

Very convenient to St. Marks and Rialto, great little place for morning coffee and breakfast and small square to sit and relax just a few steps from the door. Roberto is awesome he even helped with our lost bags.

This apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a family! It was in a perfect location! The apartment was quiet, very well maintained and it had air conditioning! When we arrived in Venice, we were met at one of the bridges so they could take us to the apartment. It would be difficult to find on your own but since we had someone take us to it made it perfect! When we were leaving Venice, we asked if they could arrange for a private water taxi to take us to the airport and they did! Someone came to the apartment to check us out, walked us to where the water taxi would pick us up and even waited with us! They provided very good service.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect. Nice quiet location but a short walk to San Marco Square, located near dozens of quaint little restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms and living area very roomy, nice and quiet, slept better than I ever have anywhere. Matilde met us at the bridge and walked us to the apartment, gave great restaurant reccomendations and some tips for around Venice. The process was so easy and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property management group was wonderful to work with! Matilde met us at the water taxi and walked us back to the apart. It is a great location, walking distance to everything and the accomodations were perfect for our group (two couples in their 30's). We were given wonderful suggestions on food/drink/gelato and visited all of them! I highly recommend this apart to anyone traveling to Venice!

We arrived to Venice very late (11:30pm) Matilda met us at the water bus stop and brought us to the beautiful apartment. We had 2 couples and the rooms were large and clean. Each bathroom was perfect. The location could not have been better. Highly recommend ! t

The location to St. Marks square and surrounding amenities is truly a plus. We were met at the Rialto Bridge and walked to our apartment. There is no way you could find this place on your own! There is no lift, but you only have to drag your suitcases up the 52 steps once. There is a little bit of a learning curve to the washer/dryer combo, but the instruction book in several languages is there. Doing laundry is a slow process, but it means you can pack less. We had a problem with the 18 character password for the Wi-Fi and I couldn't get the app "WhatsApp" to work to contact Roberto. I had to call my daughter in the US and she got in touch with him and he came right over and helped us. The bedrooms are strategically located to allow for privacy. My one suggestion would be for some type of table to put the coffee maker on. I would recommend this apartment and welcome any questions you may have!

Our location was perfect!!! We were close to everything we wanted to do! The place was spotless, well organized and attended to. We were met by a lovely woman with tons of energy and suggestions of things to be sure to do. I am ready to return but have to wait till next summer! Terrific!!!!!

You could not get closer to San Marco than this apartment, yet you are in a quiet courtyard that is a relief from the thousands of tourists moving through San Marco. You are only about 15 minutes from the Rialto boat transfer points so this is an apartment that is in a perfect location. It is as advertised, you can trust the photo's. The four of us enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. It was clean, priced fairly, quiet, lots of windows, only a few flights of stairs up to the third floor.

Two middle aged couples our second visit to Venice (the first when we were students). We looked for a fully central but quiet 2 doubles and 2 bathrooms and we found this. Description was perfect Reviews were too so we decided for it. Now, with knowledge, we can say everything is as described and 100% correspondent. We found a really really nice apartment, clean, quiet and perfectly furnished. The two doube bedrooms were spacious and the inside bathrooms were perfect for a not necessary but anyway agreable intimacy. Satellite TV in every bedroom, as well as AC were a plus. The living area, separating the two bedrooms was bright and comfortable. The ronde table was useful as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Nice canal view from living’s windows. Finally the location was just perfect. We were just few steps behind Saint-Mark’s square but we felt as we were in a lonely venetian corner. In fact we discovered that there are (always the same) specific touristic paths in Venice and if your accomodation is far enough, also if lodged in the hearth of the Town u can anyway avoid hustle and bustle and enjoy a small veracious bite of this magical town . The best proof of it is this accomodation. Definitely recommended.

Looking for a fully central but quiet accomodation alloowing us (4 adults, 2 couples) a pleasant stay and a perfect getaway for sight-seeing. After a huge search due to its position features and good reviews we selected this property. What we found was 100% corresponding to what is promised (and to what we were looking for). The position is incredible: just few steps behind Saint-Mark square, perfect for visiting everywhere but incredibly quiet and charming. It appears there are massive touristic paths and this hidden corner, even if so central, is not. In the nearby there is a small lovely square with an open air-cafè, a small theatre and, on the other side of the square, after a small bridge, the fascinating venetian Gondola’s main deposit and starting point for tours. Even if we were not appealed by a such touristic attraction we got seduced by its charme and proximity, so we had a couple of fantastic gondola tours. The apart itself was perfect: cleaned, large good double beds in large bedrooms, on-suite comfortable bathrooms (shower), abundant towels comfortable living with a fully equipped kitchen corner (we had most part of our meals at home) and nice ronde table. We also had some nice canal view by its windows. Finally we had a great stay, all our expectations have been settled. Highly reccomended. Pavel & Nikka
