The house is is located in close proximity to Inverness town centre.

The accommodation is just average. The bedding and the towels are old and tattered. The bathroom is mouldy. The mattresses are not of good quality and not comfortable at all. Tea or coffee is not provided. For the price we paid, it is not value for money at all.

Great location. Quiet back street with off street parking and close to the river, restaurants and shopping. Cosy little house, great for a short stay.

Needs new pillows and a bigger frypan.

Nice clean small house overall. Good kitchen with all the appliances. Big TV for a nice evening with Netflix

The bed linen need changing, they are completely worn out. The extra bed was a folded bed in one bedroom, the sofas in the living room are not convertible into bed. We wish we had the tablets for dish washing machine. We just stayed for one night and it was not worth buying them.

It was cosy and comfy and so close to the Town centre.

The gap between the double bed and the walls is really quite big

Location was perfect. Shower was great. Easy to access the property initially with no one to meet/time limit.

Bedroom carpet had clumps of hair that hadn’t been hoovered. There was a musty smell in the twin bedroom.

Lovely furnishings and well appointed kitchen with the best drawers I have ever seen!. This property is spacious enough for four adults. Superbly located to explore the center of Inverness with a short walk into town - great to park up the car.

The queen size bed, although comfy, it takes up the majority of the bedroom - watch out for your knees!!

I would have preferred more pillows and there was only one wine glass. But everything else was spot on

We liked the big space it had in the house. We loved the couches being recliners so we could stretch out. We liked the shower, it was amazing. The beds were comfy. We liked how close it was to the city centre and the parking space.

We struggled with the fact the kitchen did not provide much utensils, for example: there was no oven gloves, only one oven tray, no bin bags to replace bins with. The stools in the living room for the table were very loose so my hubby had to screw them on tight for us to feel safe sitting on them. You only got given one hand towel each to dry yourself with out of the shower. There was no lamp in the livingroom so we had to sit with the bright living room light on that irritated your eyes trying to watch the TV so we had to sit in the dark.

Amazing location, on the river Ness 5 min walk of historic centre. Great kitchen, fab oven, ideal for saving on dinners. Owner really nice, provided us with extra towels for the week Heater easy to use and house get cosy quickly.

Master bedroom small bed and a bit uncomfortable not best bedding. There was no cleaning materials provided, bit difficult to clean after ourselves without a hoover or something.
