The apartment is in excellent location and close to a tram station making it easier to travel and visit the city. The hotel reception and management is kind and helpful with queries.

The rooms can be upgraded to have air conditioning. Break fast was the same items each day. it will be nice to have a change in hot food in breakfast each day. Parking is a challenge as there are more cars than the available slots. but since you take the public transport, leaving the car blocked by another car is not a big deal.

The facility is located in a quiet and nice area, well connected by public transport to the city centre and the main touristic attractions. The apartment was really spacious and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful, they provided us all the info and responded quickly to all our requests

The breakfast buffet can be improved, the food assortment is quite limited and the quality is not very good

Location is great, the main room is spacious, breakfast was okay for my 2 nights stay (mind that the breakfast is nearly the same), even though I stayed only for 2 nights the cleaning team washed the floor and threw away the trash. There were all the stuff needed for cooking and eating, fridge, microwave, cooker. The man at the reception was nice, showed, explained everything.

The curtains are too light, it is very bright for sleep when the sun rises. The bathroom facilities should be changed, the smell in the bathroom is really bad. In bathroom there were stickers of shampoo - firstly, it is inconvenient to use them in that sticker form (it would be better to install dispensers probably) and secondly, shower gel needed for sure, not only the shampoo. The smell of the towels and bed sheets is not pleasant. I was in the middle May and I used the radiators to heat up the room in advance for the night , but as they got turn off at around 10, it is cold in the apartment. No soundproof, all the neighbours are perfectly to hear. Some things were just unacceptable: The kitchen sponge was not new but used already, the floor of the shower cabin was dirty - there was hair and yellow stains; the upper part of the toilet (where the flush button is and where the toilet paper was put) was all dusty, with yellow stains too.

Great location, team stop close by, decent sized rooms. Good breakfast
