Great location, comfortable cabin and bed, helpful staff

Restaurant is fine dining and pricey, doesn’t fit the resort style

It was very accessible, right on the main highway 93. Although you didn’t hear traffic noise. Restaurant food was good, staff were really lovely and always on hand to help. Very relaxed atmosphere.

You could sometimes hear noise from your attached bungalow, we had problems on several occasions with screaming children at night, in the end I did go to reception and they gave me the option to move straight away to another bungalow which we did. I should have done this the first night. Excellent customer service. Prices of food and drink were expensive although I think that is the norm for the rockies in general.

The location walking distance from the falls.- superb The desk and bar and dining staff were excellent and full of helpful ideas of what to see. The staff were very helpful and gave us a choice of rooms and a kettle and plates for our room,but we were not allowed to cook.

The breakfast was not nice. Overcooked eggs and reheated potatoes. We accepted the continental breakfast because we had to eat The five items on dinner menu were the same for our five day stay. I asked for cheese and crackers for dessert because I am diabetic but was told by manager that they didn't have any. Disappointing .
