Room 10 nice view room was OK clean except the tub staff was good ! It was a cute and cozy room despite the disappointments

Room 10... Soap scum in the tub 🤢. horrible... broken lamp... broken coffee pot... the one it was replaced with was also not working well... there's no extra security lock on the door?!?!?!? The patio door was VERY heavy and VERY hard to close

The view was very nice

The toilet and bathtub needed cleaning. The bed sheets were mounted inside out.

The photographs are very deceptive as this property has been seriously neglected. The grounds and building have had no attention or maintenance. We booked two rooms, one of which the screen had been ripped out of the balcony door. He gave us another & the screen was ripped out of it. No apology or compassion or rectification was offered. The balcony had been painted over previous ripped up carpet and it had not been sanded. The bathrooms had been painted and paint splatters covered the floor. We were offered zero- zero understanding from the front end staff I brought up my booking and it clearly stated there was complimentary breakfast. I realize your restaurant is closed but your front end staff argued with me that my booking was wrong and in BLACk & WHITE you could see you offered continental breakfast. The stairs to your front lobby were covered with pine needles and cones,apparent to me they had been there since the fall . Amongst the needles there was a black latex glove that appeared to have been sitting there just as long. Talk about a disgusting first impression. Your front lobby has a foul musty odor and is dated. I have lodged a complaint with customer service as we have been deceived!

Unclean and unkept.

Overall t was a nice experience. the location and view was excellent.

Price was pretty high

Location is great.

The room was kind of dirty. A lot of bugs and dirt on the floors. The patio had cigarette burns all over and the guests around us were smoking on their balconies and the smell would come into our rooms. Also our room always had a bad smell like a gym bag or dirty socks.

cancellation of normal breakfast is not good, those packages with two eggs and energy bars is lame. We used to have normal breakfast in that resourt

no warm/hot breakfast as usual

For $80, it’s what you’d expect unfortunately.

It was disgusting. Toenail clippings on the floor, stained sheets, hair on bedding, doritos all over our balcony floor. We would have turned around and left immediately if everywhere else wasn’t booked.

The view was exceptional, the location was quiet, the room was a great size. It was nice to return to after a day of venturing.

The room was in need of some updating. The continental breakfast was a bagged snack at best. The staff was contacted by phone only, and I never saw an open office or any form of front desk. There was no daily room cleaning service or replacement towels. The WiFi didn't work. Check out was pack your bags & pray you don't get extra charges!
