Location...close to Hwy 401. Comfort...best room we had on our entire vacation. Good bed and bedding, ample towels, great kitchen, good pool, good breakfast. Staff...friendly, professional, attentive to needs. Clean, fresh, modern, even plush.

I wouldn't change anything.

Really nice room that looked fairly new. Great breakfast in the morning, the closed off bedroom with pullout couch in the living room was convenient, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were also great and helpful!

Overall, the hotel was good. The stuff was nice and the place was clean.

We went to the hotel on Victoria Day. The hotel was quite full, but the hotel knew this exactly from the reservations. I went down for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and part of the counter was completely empty. I took photos. They said they are working on a refill. They asked me what I wanted. I said that the cheese and vegetable. Nothing special. The section was empty. I'm not a complicated person and I don't eat meat. The answer was that it was out of stock and that it would not be. I was completely shocked by this. I didn't go 10 minutes before 10, but at 8:30. People waited in a long line and some of the food was already sold out. I've been to many hotels around the world, but I've never experienced something like this, where the simplest things like cheese and vegetables run out and they can't replace them. Even though the room was nice, for $250 of course, my day started badly. The hotel knew exactly how many guests it would have. There weren't enough staff or they wouldn't have stood in line waiting for their food. And there wasn't enough food either. This ruined my whole day.

The patio area unAVAILABLE nice picnic facilities but not accessible think the same thing for over a year now ? Says r here is a bbq but they said it wasn’t set up yet for season it’s first long weekend of summer a lot of family travel these should have been available

The room and location. Breakfast is amazing!

Pillows and bed not that comfortable compared to Marriott. One bedroom suite bathroom only one door no door outside from living room.
