He room and the bathroom were good.

The breakfast was very poor. They tried to charge me for the breakfast even though was included. The service was bad at the front desk, l asked to clean my room at the front desk, I came after 4 hours no body cleaned it.

Great overall stay

We stayed here for 2 nights for Western Homecoming. The rooms we got were very nice and clean. I especially really liked how the TV said “Welcome Alif, Time to Relax”- that was crazy. The hotel is very well put and the staff is very welcome. Additionally, there was a heated pool and a small gym which was excellent. I would like to see "free breakfast" next time though. We would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in London!

Garbage overflowing at front waste bin led to a skunk loitering at the front entrance and making check-in a harrowing experience. Not a good way to start ones stay.

Location was good, right off the highway... close to most of the city of London and other closeby towns. Price was very reasonable. Look of the room was good, beds were comfy.

The cleanliness to begin with was very disappointing. When we first arrived we found that the bathroom floor was very dirty as well as the mirror. We found a couple of old cheerios on the carpet, sign of an extremely poor vacuuming job. As is our custom we took off the bedcovers and pillow cases to spray with Lysol, only to find that the pillows were badly stained and had signs of mould on them and the sheets were very creased, as if they either weren't fresh sheets or the beds hadn't been done properly. There were 3 of us staying in the room (myself, my wife and my mother-in-law) but there were only 2 towels. I went downstairs to ask for some more towels. There was someone cleaning rooms on our floor when I was heading out so I asked if the rooms were going to be cleaned every day and I was told yes. I also mentioned that our garbage cans were full and that we needed a new roll of toilet paper. I was told all that was going to be taken care of. To our surprise, the next evening after arriving back at the hotel we found that they hadn't been cleaned at all, we had no clean towels because the ones we had used we had left on the ground, garbage cans were still full and we had no toilet paper. We had to call downstairs 3 times before getting the issues fixed. We have stayed many times at various Marriott hotels in Canada and in the States over the years but this definitely was the worst one we have ever experienced. So much so, that my wife and I, as well as my mother-in-law said we would never again stay at a Marriott.

Due to covid, the restaurant was closed and staff was not receptive over the phone with respect to confirmation of booking and other details.
