Looks like people are living here. Elevator didn’t work properly. Was very bad . DONT STAY HERE .

I don’t get full information on my renting room receipt, since I paid cash on three occasions I’d like full disclosure of my rent receipts.
They didnt clean my room like change garbage and get clean towels and I had to get my own toilet paper

The main issue was the portable air conditioner. The tube leading to the window was not taped in place well so it kept coming undone and allowing hot air from outside into the room. Also the shower curtain did not prevent water from getting onto the bathroom floor when I took a shower.

Second day hotel guy was very rude.
We asked for our room to be restocked with soap and shampoo and towels and to have our beds made and we came back after a long day at work and nothing was done at all we had to go to the front desk to request everything again and bring it up ourseleves.
We were told by the check in guy that he had waved the $150 deposit for us he was very nice. We returned from work the next day and changed into regular clothes and as soon as he saw us based off of what we were wearing, he told us that the deposit is now mandatory all of the sudden and was very rude.
We chose this hotel because of the pool and the pool heater was broken so they closed it. They said they would fix it the next day and then didn’t. We would have booked a cheaper hotel if that was the case.

Bed:-lousy thin blanket; down market single pillow each. Too small towels, bath towel no bigger than hand towel. No coffee maker in room. Pool water is dirty and pool needs repairs to bottom.

The hotel and rooms smelled terrible. The mattresses and box springs were stained with god knows what kind of bodily fluids. The carpet was so damp we had to keep our shoes on. It took well over an hour to receive extra blankets. They provided a fan that was kept together by duct tape.

Held my $150 deposit (in addition to the room fee) for several days. Why is it that the charge can appear on my card before I even get back to my car after check-in but it takes 6 days to get reimbursed?

it was a good price
the first room I stayed in didn`t have working A/C, so I was moved to another room. The second room smelled like someone had smoked 30 packs of cigarettes in it. I decided to stay in the smokey room because I didn`t want to complain again. So, after deciding to stay in the smokey room I turned on the t.v only to find the sound worked but there was no picture. I did a hard reset of the t.v and the picture and sound both worked, but now the remote only controlled the sound and nothing else. I had to change channels with the buttons on the t.v. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but enough of an annoyance for me to not return there again.

The pool was great, as we used it a couple of times, we actually came to London to spend time at the beach, and thats what we did. air conditioning was a great bonus as ours was working great. Coffee was always appreciated in the morning, and a fridge and microwave was a great help too.
unfortunately there is always room for improvement, like getting higher toilets and better towels and better toilet paper. noise levels were great as the hotel was busy on the weekend. drug smokers are all over the place but it all depends on the clients you have coming in.

I stayed for 8 nights (3 people in the room) only provided with 2 shower towels… 2 pillows per a bed…. and not one time got clean towels, bathroom supplies, or room cleaning until after the 4th day found out you need to request full service…. We requested full service that day and got a room cleaning 1 time and change of towels… all other time had to request items… the service was very poor.
No phone in room that works, tv channels were very blurry and poor.
I think we should get a rebate or something in place of such poor service for a 8 night vacation.

The room smelled like urine. Huge stains on the floor, that may have been wet. No towels. Neither ice machine worked in the building.

The staff were super friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I was surprised there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well.
The carpets were a bit stained. The lighting wasn't great and the walls were bare. No pictures.

The room was poor maintained. The bathtub faucet leaked, the maintenance looked very poor like caulking was horrible, yellow water stains all over the bathroom. The hotel looks like the Reno’s have been done by a kid. The mattress felt very uncomfortable and saggy in the middle.

Very clean and comfortable place, lovely staff, pet welcoming. I'm an affectionate customer of Motel 6 chain, and it's always a pleasure to be their guest.
I would have liked a shuttle service, but it's okay with Uber

I was very clean an the pool was warmer and in all my family had a great trip. It was in a location that we could walk or have a short drive. we had time to just relax and have fun.

The price was ok for a quick one night stay. Free Parking, easy to get to.
Staff at the front door when checking in was friendly & pleasant.
The condition of this building is worn and beaten.
While I am sure it's clean, it still had a dingy vibe.
Stained carpet, old sheets with holes. I selected it because it said pool, but upon seeing the conditions of the facilities, I opted to forgo the swim after all. I was woken up by loud noise, stomping around and TV at 130am from people above me (mid-week).No one around during check out.
Next time I visit London, I'll spend the extra $40 and stay somewhere better.

We were given a late checkout, so that was nice. The location was also very convenient for us.
The pool was closed, but that wasn't explained in the website. I booked this motel, so my kids could play in the pool as a treat.
The room wasn't super clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean at all.
The parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled. It was really snowy and slippery and difficult to get through.
The room was chilly, and there was a significant draft coming in through the window.
The TV wasn't a smart TV. We couldn't watch a movie (Netflix) which was disappointing especially after being told we couldn't swim.

Poor service. Smokers and noisy people beside us. Told pool operational but not open. Need to put that on website. Dirty floors, mirror, elevators, and walls and table.
