Breakfast was excellent! Parking cost too high. It should be included in the hotel cost.

toilet issues.....no one came when called. issue eventually resolved itself? was stressful Parking cost and booking online added a substantial addition to room charge. Be aware when comparing with other hotels. Bed frames protrude from mattress on queens causing lots of shin bruises. Shower had no water pressure.

Pleasant large room, better than average continental breakfast

Strange decor, hard sofa. Furniture seemed chosen more for appearance than comfort. Desperately needed a decent task chair. Corner of bed in my two Queen bed room projected into the opening of a second unnecessary door to the bathroom resulting in a painful collision with my shin.

The location is ok, and some of the suites are nice.

On the day of arrival, I was moved to a suite on the top floor from the suite that I booked due to a blocked toilet. The new suite was smaller, dirtier, and had a loud hum from the equipment on the roof. I told the reception that I would move back to my original room once the maintenance issue was resolved. The next day they told me that maintenance was busy. The day after that they told me that they gave the suite that I had originally booked to some other party because it was for more than one person. On departure, they had increased my bill because I was "upgraded". Once questioned, they agreed to lower the price back to what I had agreed to on booking.com and gave me a discount amounting to a fraction of one night.
