Stayed for a dance comp. It was quiet and spacious enough for 4 people.

There was a poor young soul passed out in the lobby. More care than just watching could've happened.

the rooms are a good size beds are comfy

the hallways smell have putty patch repairs requested a microwave and never got one only provided 2 towels in a room of 4 people

Bed was soft, you can leave bags at the reception after checkout to go around the city freely/ attend concert at the First Ontario Centre arena beside it.

No toothbrush and toothpaste, no bathrobe and disposable slippers.

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton a number of times and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive. It’s also the best location if you’re attending a hockey game or a concert!

The location is both good and bad. Good that it’s located close to a lot of business and amazing restaurants. Not so good is the number of homeless people who are within close proximity of the hotel. They are harmless, but if you don’t expect it - it could initially catch you off guard.
