Nice room loved the air conditioner. Handra was very lovely, she made us feel at home, One of the best welcomes I’ve received in Canada. Will be sure to come back again

Great location that is near good restaurants and easy access to shopping malls and attractions. Room is generally clean, and the staff was welcoming and very helpful (especially Handra!)

Room is a bit outdated, however it is overall a great deal for the price.

We had a late flight so late check in. We used the contactless procedure. We were given very clear instructions and it worked like a charm.

The staff were excellent very considerate and helpful in every way. The hotel was very quiet and clean.

The view of the mountains was lovely but the windows needed cleaning.

the electronic key pads allowed us to enter the hotel plus the room with out any key cards. which was great. staff was very friendly. will definitely stay here again! it’s exactly what you are paying for. tv worked good, and the bed was comfy.

the rooms need some love and just a little bit of room renovations. really just need to fill holes, paint walls and baseboards.

Friendly staff

Building is generally in need of major renovation. Parking and other amenities. Ceiling in room shows that the roof was or is leaking.

Good location

Overpriced, dated and not hot tub or pool in operation

Near to where I had been staying previously, clean, air conditioning.

No food, had to go out if needed eating places- lots to choose from.

The staff is very nice and helpful.

The beds could be better

The location is very well locate everything is accessible easily(transport,restaurant,grocery and drug store)is not far.

Quality of the room is poor,the wall has a mark of scratch on it and the fan in shower is very noisy,I do expect more about quality price.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and helped us out a lot with some logistical issues and a very late check in. Stored our bags free of charge with no fuss at all.
