The hotel is just outside the craziness of Clifton Hill and the Falls, which might be nice for anyone wanting to avoid that. It's also right down the street from the outlet stores, which I did shop at briefly, so that was nice. The beds were surprisingly comfortable (although they are firm and I like that, so you might not if you prefer memory foam). The outside pool and play structure are nice enough, and the kids enjoyed both. Parking is free and the spots are right in front of the units which is a plus. Price was okay, cheaper than other places in Niagara Falls, but a bit more than it's worth, I think. Staff do their job and were nice enough to get me some ice when my son bumped his head.
I can tell the new owners are trying to make this a much nicer hotel than it previously was. However there are things that can be improved. The wi-fi and TV channels were spotty at best, which was frustrating for my kids. Not a total deal-breaker if you're just literally there to sleep, though. The pool was just fine, had a shallow end and deep end and I appreciate that there was a rope marking where the deep ends starts. But the pool is open from 11-sunset, check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am, so keep that in mind if you're there for a 1-night stay, you won't get a lot of time to use it, especially if you made dinner/evening plans. Also, there were 2 towel sets in our room and we had 5 people booked. I don't think I've ever been to a hotel that had fewer towels than the number of guests. The room itself is small for a room advertised for being able to sleep six. There were two queens that my husband, and two older kids used. My baby slept in his own little bassinet, but if I did have two other kids, they would have slept on cots ($20 per night if you need them) and I don't even know where they would have fit. Also, all the units face out directly into the parking lot, and our front door didn't feel secure at all. There is a simple lock on the doorknob, no chain lock, and a gap around the door edges that lets in a surprising amount of light. the bathroom door also really didn't shut all the way. There is no smoking or vaping in the rooms, but they basically allow it right outside the doors, and so you will still smell it. There are no visible outlets and I had to move the nightstand out to plug my phone in. I don't know, it just feels like they still have a long way to go to fix this place up.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. I was able to sleep comfortably which I haven't been able to do for some time. The staff was friendly and the facility has everything you could need or want.

that was very very bad choice. I never been to a motel dirty like that and the staff disrespectful and they don’t even care.
all of my family we were so grossed out and my kids. They couldn’t go to sleep because of the smell.

-we came in early and the staff just rejected us on spot not to stay because their booking time is 4pm
-we ask if we can even use a washroom because we had just a long travel, which the staff outrightly denied and wanted us to get out right away - very inhuman
-tv is not working
-wifi is very slow
-aircon's remote is not working
-washroom has a toilet that makes a sound when you sit on it and is not stable
-when its our time to check out the staff is not there
-first time we called no one answers the phone
-second time he just said to leave the key behind.
-for those who are looking a place to stay in niagra, save yourself --- NOT THIS ONE!

It was supposed to be another "deadly winter storm". I wanted just the basics and the Falcon Inn is just the place. Who wants to spend money on things you don't need or can't use?? For a winter "hurricane hole" it is always there when you need it. Needless to say the weather people were wrong...again!
Can't believe I'm saying this but it was almost too warm!

The gentalman at the front desk was very polite and friendly.
The room was easy to find and access with parking right outside the door.
It seems like there is a playground for children in the summer time.
The room was extremely small and dirty to the point the pillowcases on the bed looked unwashed and dirt stained.. The shower was in horrible condtion and there was what looked to be black mold in the grout.
The people in the room next door were extremely loud and had theirTV blasting at ALL hours with absolutely no regard for the other people staying there.

The cute park was the most fun the kids had at that place.
The room was absolutely FREEZING. I hadn't realized before I booked that it was further from niagara so we stayed in that night, random cars coming through the parking lot. Dude at the counter closed up early so I couldn't say anything about the heat. Blankets were terrible. It's like sleeping on plastic. My curtains had holes in them which the parking lot lights shined in lol looked creepy. Also, my kids went to sit on the bed and the whole things shifted to the wall, beds were definitely questionable. Was not a comfy stay dude also charged me 45 for an extra bed, like what the hell? I also checked in at 8pm and the place was dead as ever so i didnt see the need to charged that much, which he initally told me it was 30, so thats nice. Will NEVER come back here.

Location is easy to find.
Washroom is too dated and small crawling insects are on the floor, didn't sleep coz I'm worried for my kids to get those bugs in there ears. We stayed at room 11 to be particular.
