the staff and price was good

couldn’t change the room temperature so we cremated all night, there was a line going down the tv, a plug hanging out of the wall, one of the plugs didn’t work, the phones number were sticky and the sheets and towels had stains on them

The hot water pipe Heat which bangs all through the walls all night long every 15 minutes clunking and banging very annoying couldn't sleep very well because of it

Very clean and quiet. Excellent service.

The location is the big reason I like to stay here. It is central to the area I need to get to when I travel to Halifax.

Place is a little older but well kept, clean and great staff.

I didn’t stay there because the room didn’t smell so great .. To me it smelled musty in rooom.

difficult to find a electrical socket to charge my phone. no table for my computer, no coffee maker for a hot drink.

It was clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

Not enough parking. Very noisy. No hangers in the room. No iron. No coffee pot or coffee cups. Not enough towels. Beds weren't very comfortable.

Only the location. It was easily accessible.

We booked rooms upstairs we were given rooms downstairs.We booked non smoking rooms we were given rooms that smelt of cigarettes.it was so bad we left the window open. There was no wifi connection and when we complained they said we could come to the lobby if we had an emergency.When we sprayed the room and opened the window and the cigarette smell was still strong and the kids were uncomfortable we asked for a refund this was within the first 30 minutes or less and we were told no.We booked 3 rooms for 3 families- all with kids and we all had a nasty experience.I am never going back.We had to go out and intentionally spend a longer time so the rooms could air. But there was no improvement.The apple's and bananas at breakfast was also spoilt.

this is one of the worst place to stay in Halifax, base on our experienced, this is not a family friendly place especially if you have small kids travelling with you. Staff is not so considerate and helpful. the front desk mentioned that there is no manager during the weekend to talk to if you have some concerns. we ended up looking a new place to stay in on the same day as the room given to us was so untidy, smells like cigarette, no aircon, bed sheet comes with stains. i hope booking.com review this feedback and reconsider if they want to include this inn/hotel into their list. if booking.com wants to know the complete details of our experience, please contact me on my email/phone. thanks
