Good, modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close to the airport with own free shuttle service. I dropped in accidentally with no reservation but was very much welcomed by the front desk Ms Alona, who offered me a free drink and advised me about the situation. The hotel reportedly had no rooms available but fortunately I could book a room through Booking.com. All staf were very friendly. The hotel has no own restaurant for breakfast etc but adjacent and through an internal door you can reach the nice Italian restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We have stayed at Acclaim Hotel on several occasions. It is our hotel of choice when we are travelling. We often use the park and stay package, as find it easy to park there and take shuttle to airport.

I have nothing to complain about our stay.

Loved the restaurant within the hotel. Bed was comfortable and I did not find it as dry as many other hotels I've stayed in.

The elevator did not work, and we were on the 4th floor. The front desk staff member, on the morning of the 19th, needs to be removed and placed in a position that does not entail contact with your clients. The frt desk staff whom we interacted with the night of our arrival are terrific . Also, our hostess in the restaurant - keep her!! The elevator worked going up but not down. We had a lot of heavy luggage to haul. Staff assistance to assist older people with luggage should have been made available. The TV channels are French and American only. No TV guide to speak of. No fridge in the room for leftovers or to keep the water cold. Also, we were charged 50.00 extra and upon inquiring , the frt desk clerk rolled his eyes and said id been told a 50.00 deposit was placed on the card. I hadn't been told, and the morning clerk is rude.

Closeness to the airport The shower was AMAZING! My husband used it twice during our short stay. They were super accommodating for our odd arrival times (our son arrived before us & they still allowed him into the room (our flight had been delayed)

There wasn't one thing we didn't like
