nothing. was unable to stay due to ROACHES! still waiting for my refund of $297.00 that I was assured would be credited back to my card. the GM said it would get credited and never was.

had two different bookings for the same day and got charged twice for one room MANAGER just wouldn’t respond to the email bad management literally ignored the email very unprofessional.

The location,parking and coffee

The entire floor reeked of marijuana, when we checked under the bed to see if we’d forgotten anything there was trash there that wasn’t ours. The beds were HORRIBLE felt like air mattresses

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, The location was good.

The hallways and elevator had a strong smell of pot. Probably the worst pillows I have ever slept on. Better without any. Oh Well, it is what it is. We were leaving in the morning at 6:30 and they were just starting the coffee. Someone didn't get the memo

My family arrived at 3am, a pregnant wife and a one year old child who were very tired from the road. At the entrance to the hotel at the reception there was a rude man who demanded absolutely all the documents, the room was booked and paid for 3 people, the man from the reception behaved disrespectfully towards my family. The room is very, very dirty, feet stick to the floor. The heater does not work well, the TV does not work. It smelled of marijuana. There was also a lot of ash on the window and cigarette butt stains on the windowsill. Horrible

Shower was broken. floors were filthy, no carpet. Tv didn’t work properly. Staff was no help, some doors didn’t open with keycard or at all(jammed). Keycards stopped working randomly
