The location in Old Montreal was great and we like the shower set up. Coffee was really good.

The person who did the check out couldn’t explain why they couldn’t charge my credit card that I had used to provide the security charge. We ended up having to use a difference one than the one I wanted to use to get additional points. There was no hold on my card and she couldn’t explain to us why she couldn’t use it.

Location was great. The hotel is in the middle of the old city, which is convenient. It is a small cute hotel. Breakfast was quite good. There were not tons of options, but everything was very good. Staff was really nice.

The bathroom was really small and only one person at a time could be in there. You could hear everything from other rooms.

The location was right in the middle Old Montreal, restaurants and shops all around. The service was amazing, thank you Zara for all of the great coffee! Breakfast was delicious and included. Coffee was available 24/7 !

I really found nothing to change with this hotel. The parking was offsite and not included so I guess that would be a drawback. When we got there the valet was gone for the night so we had to walk from the parking garage which was fine for us but may be a drawback for some.

Excellent specialty coffees made to order at any time! Staff members were so friendly and gracious and helpful.

 The room I was originally assigned was a little bit dark.  I was fortunate to get another room with two windows and more light. it is very nice that you have a breakfast, but I would suggest maybe some sliced fruit or some healthy options.

We travel often and this is one of the best hotels that we have visited. Absolute perfection! The bed was so comfortable, that we asked for the brand name. The shower and water pressure was the best we've ever had. The decor was modern and the room was very clean. The breakfast included many protein options including ham, boiled eggs, cheese, and yogurt. The bread selection varied from local bakeries, including bagels daily from St. Viateur. We love that they support local businesses! Complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit all day was a nice treat and the teas came from a local tea shop. The best part of the hotel was the amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made you feel right at home. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations for restaurants, directions, or more. Andrea and her colleagues were so happy to help. We will return to Montreal to stay with them again. If we could have more that a 10 rating, we would.
