I liked the staff they were friendly

My bed sheets had stains upon arrival, my toilet flooded in the middle of the night and soaked the clothes I had on the floor in the bathroom and the purpose of our trip was to use the pool as a family for 3 days after Christmas and it definitely was not cleaned once during our stay and progressively got worse by the day. The 15% discount I received for one night and having to move rooms was kind of meh

I found blood spots on the bed looked to me like bed bugs. . So we did not spend the night. Ask for Are money back but did not get a refund.

Breakfast was good, although I would have liked to have had some bacon or sausage.

The room was clean and the pool was great for the kids.

We have food allergies and the breakfast options didn’t really give us much to eat. The only fruit available was bananas.

Location was perfect. Our room was large, clean, nice view, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the waffle bedspread and the detailed tucked corners. The stamped toilet paper and accordion folded towels. Having a gym and free breakfast were ideal!

Only one elevator. Breakfast: fake peanut butter, honey, and maple syrup.

Close to the highway. Breakfast was good - waffles, yogurt, juice, bagels, fruit, toast and oatmeal were available.

We stayed here twice on the way to PEI and back. The man on night shift who checked us in both times was definitely not the friendliest and not the most helpful. We asked him later if we could get a bath mat as the bath is quite slippery and we were not able to get one due to housekeeping not being there until the morning. There is also only one elevator for all 4 floors and rooms. It gets quite busy in the morning.

Room and beds are good size, very clean and comfy, have everything conveniently for one night stay.

The check in staff double charged me city taxes, booking.com refund me back

that they wouldn’t accept cash payment for my stay. Felt like we were judged like we were drug dealers since this is the reason why we were given they no longer accepted cash payments.

Location right beside the highway is fantastic, and the staff at the front desk were super nice. Bed were comfy and the room was very clean.

Only complaints were the elevator (had to wait quite a while for it given there was only 1) and the noise from the hall (noisy other guests, and the sound travelled very clearly through the door)

The rooms are very clean and the staff are very thorough in their cleaning everyday. Very kind and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the dinning are so nice.

Wifi signal was weak and disconnected at times in our room
