The bed & breakfast is in a very nice house close to the Rainbow bridge; the friendly host family lives downstairs and rents the upstairs rooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen and common room for the guests and the bedroom is comfy, with a private bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host showed us where to park our car in their backyard, offered to help carry our luggage upstairs and cooked a delicious breakfast for us earlier than their usual time because we wanted an early start. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The bed was comfortable, the room was big enough to accommodate a playpen for our daughter to sleep in. The ensuite bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good! The location was great, it is very close to the falls.

it’s right over the rainbow bridge. it’s a nice house and the room we stayed in was perfect for us. bed was comfortable, access to the balcony was great. there are grapes growing everywhere! we ate so many.

A small B&B ideally placed for Niagara Falls. The room was nice and clean, the place is only a 15 minute wald to the Falls. The breakfast was great and included eggs and sausage. A very "hone like" stay

We liked it all

Hosts were really nice and location was really close to the main attractions while still being in a quiet neighbourhood. There were also no other bookings at the time so we were the only ones then.

The showerhead was broken, but there was still water so showering was fine. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location of the property was very near to the falls when walking. There was ample free parking available for our car. The property was very clean and a kitchen was made available for our use.

The room is very dated with a comforter instead of a duvet cover which should be washed with each new guest. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and need renewing.

Location is good. Place is silent but not far from prime locations. It takes less than 10 minutes of walk to reach the falls view and the market area. Hosts are really good, they are helpful and cooperative as well. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed breakfast in the balcony
