all was perfect! the only thing we had friends on other floor and it was hard to get to their room due to the fact that key wasn’t working to get to the different floor. we had to meet at the lobby.

loved everything about this place. The staff are amazing, central location, just fabulous.

Tried to order in room breakfast on Sunday morning but no reply and reception tried too but asked if they could phone me later. Obviously very busy. Possibly have a plan to resolve this issue as I suspect may be a common occurrence.

only problem was bellboy service. they were disinterested. especially with following up taxis for us.

the lobby smelled like heaven and the property was meticulously maintained! the bathroom tiles are heated and the staff look after ever detail!

The staff were absolutely fantastic.

I cannot think of anything.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The concierge staff helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations. The location is ideal for walking around the city. Our room was very quiet and we slept wonderfully. Our room was very comfortable and when we booked it we knew the size to expect. We needed to change our reservations because of weather and everyone was very helpful and made it easy to do, including our dinner reservations.
