Location was excellent.

Complimentary breakfast The description of the room, the breakfast offered was not what we expected. The manager at the desk began arguing with us about the day we checked in. Saying it was not him who checked us in. Once he realized that it was indeed him, he became nicer. We had reserved a suite and had to accept the smaller room. Although the room rate was adjusted, we really wanted the suite. We checked out a day early.

Convenient Location

Toilet wouldn’t stop running, beds needed updated, walls were so thin you could hear everything outside of your own room. no breakfast included in the cost….. OH! & the TV had no streaming services, even cheap hotels have that.

Room wasn’t clean. Shower full of other peoples hair, towels were dirty and ants in the bathroom.

Good for dogs. Walkable to a mall and several restaurants, although sidewalks are sparse. Seemed like a good gym, pool, business center although I didn't use them. Room was big and clean, although showing some age.

Nothing really stands out. The staff was serviceable and everything seemed to be running smoothly, but I wouldn't say they were 'warm'.

The beds were the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The rooms.were wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

Location - Convenient. Room - spacious and comfortable; quiet.

Breakfast - Was not included. Housekeeping - Room was not cleaned if staying multiple days (bed not made; new towels were not given) Upkeep - Hotel was old and room had water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom.

they closed the hotel because of mechanical air conditioner failure. left us with virtually no options days before traveling
