Not well maintained and under construction.
No human at coffee bar to help! No real restaurant.
Pool was a shambles. Very uninviting.
No real coffee bar or snack area with staff.

Good location and close to shops
Lack of communication with staff between departments having to tell the staff every single time you went to breakfast that it was included in our stay and they even rang the front desk to confirm to be told it wasn’t included even when it was

We like two divided rooms since we have a child.
We found previous guest's goods in our room.

We had a family gathering in the restaurant bar. The staff there was very accommodating, even though it was last minute. Also. they let us check in super early.
Room was only cleaned once during our stay. We requested more, but it did not happen.

The Breakfast Buffett was well stocked, nice section of choices, the coffee delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient! The lobby was nicely decorated, as well as our room. As always, the cookies were delicious!
More lighting in the couch and TV area would be helpful.

Staff was outstanding! Room was huge.
Property, especially the rooms, could use an upgrade…New carpet, furniture, drapes, etc. The room was huge but the view of the roof was terrible.

We were upgraded to a suite, which we really appreciated. But the suite was located on the other side of the hotel where we had to walk outside to get to our room. The vanity in the restroom was very small and this side seemed old. Needs a little upgrading of the furniture.

All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Helped us a lot with bookings for attractions. Great to relax in the bar after a busy day, wonderful staff. Huge shopping mall across the road. Special mention to “Raul” he is wonderful, always has a smile, thanks.

Location was great, easy to get around and lots of different stores available for shopping, eating and treats!
We didn’t like the layout of the room as the BR toilet faced the bed when BR door was open, slider. Also during our stays the ice machine on our floor was broken and the only other one was on a different floor and that one was only barely operational!

Cant check in until 4pm and bar isnt open until 4.
