Beautiful location, great staff, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on, wonderful food, gorgeous view from our ocean front room and just overall trip of a lifetime!

There isn’t much we didn’t like! few recommendations would be to consider leaving the pool open longer in the evening, reduce the price of the valet only parking (very expensive) and as a family with 8 kids, even I think this should be an adults only stay. very nice, but very expensive.

fantastic view of the harbor from the 3rd floor, outdoor patio with tub, the room was a good size, bathroom & shower was nice, the outdoor tub was clean and great use of space, patio seating set was great, in room bar, snacks, mini fridge and safe, beach cruisers included, relatively close to king harbor, incentives to reduce housekeeping needs (planting trees and discount for drinks), within walking distance to many restaurants, cable tv, TVs

close proximity to the noisy restaurant, pool was a shallow wading pool, rooftop access closed at 8pm, one elevator was broken and elevator was slow, too many colored light options to cycle through, only valet parking

The location at the edge of the port.

The carpet in the room was very dirty and the tub was clogged. The room is advertised with a view but in reality it was a "partial" view (according to the receptionist) of the port and mainly of the parking lot. The charge on the price of the room asked at the exit for the parking $30 per night + $20 per day of access to the very small swimming pool and the 2 exercise bikes on the roof. You pay these costs even if you do not use the equipment.

Room setup; very neat & clean. Loved view of Marina and ocean. Wonderful area for walking, biking. Loved bathtub area, very unique!

Bed was too low to floor, no support in pillows. Amenities, parking fees, additional hotel fees not mentioned when booking.

The staff wasn’t friendly and they were rude. They seemed very judgmental and didn’t make us feel comfortable.
