Room was tight for family of 4. Overall, facilities are looking tired. Breakfast was poor

The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and covered. There are cute little tables/ chairs/ couches in the courtyard area to relax outside. Location was great. Walkable to nearby restaurants and the redondo pier/beach was a 10-15 min walk.

I was in room 209 and it was very tiny with no closet and no room to move around. Hard to get ready for a wedding with two people needing to use the mirror/ shower. The shower faucet was dripping the whole time and it was difficult to turn the hot water on while showering. The pictures on the website showed a large continental breakfast, but the actual breakfast was just toast, cereal, apples/bananas and coffee/juice. We were disappointed that the pictures online of the continental breakfast were misleading.

Everything is good with this little hotel, it's nice and clean with free parking under the building. The breakfast is ok and it's a 10 min walk from the pier with all the restaurants and bars a beautiful beach and laundry and stores. 30 min drive to LAX. Stays here every time i visit L.A.

Location was great.

Our room’s shutters were broken, and would not close for privacy. I finally was able to secure it with a hair clip. Also, floor was dirty and we were not able to walk around barefoot. Our room was very small and located right over the driveway to the parking garage, so was loud.

the property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was cleaned every day and was to a decent standard

NO SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX, WHICH THEY ADVERTISE AS HAVING ON BOOKING.COM - and when I asked at reception about the use of a safety deposit box the guy finished my sentence for me by saying we don’t offer this, although they knew they advertised it. I hate being misled/lied to. I always book hotels that offer this service when abroad as I like to know I’ve put my passport and other valuables in a safe place. we were in room 111. The light would shine through the outside of the door day and night (light outside door on a night time). Car alarms went off every night we stayed there from the car park underneath. Luckily our vehicle was not effected. The noise of the traffic during the night made sure we never got more than 2 hours uninterrupted sleep. I

Bfast was nothing to write home about! Only toast or cereals & coffee. Maybe a bit more would make it more value for money.

Bed was too soft and Bfast was sparse.

the bed was comfortable and the room was newly painted.

although the floor was mopped and bathroom was clean(ish) there were stains on the shower curtain and duvet. the floor had some tar like substance gluing down a crack in the tiles that was constantly coming off on my feet and sox, the bathroom door was poorly fitted and wouldn’t close. the main reason we booked here was that, in its description it said there was a laundrette, after a week of travel and prior to getting on a cruise, we needed that. there was no laundrette and no apology or explanation from the staff. just a shrug.

He couldn't find my booking and decided ever having taken the payment. Caused grief and anxiety and acted rude about it. We had to wait and come back later, not knowing if we even have a room yet.

I was rightfully concerned that he can't find our booking and he just telling me to calm down like I'm the one in the wrong

i liked it, I took the room with the hot tub and I was surprised by all the space we had in the room

The location was good. The rooms were good and the staff was friendly

We didn't get any free drinking water, the floors were never swept and we had very noisy neighbors for at least one night.

It is convenient that you can buy drinks and snacks in the nearest shop.Nice parking.Polite and good personnel. Good furniture in the room.

Breakfast consists from banana, sugar snack, orange, coffee, cookies.

no parking for unloading, no services, staff rude, room had damaged floors and doors. Towels weee terrible and only gave you two and you go the front desk to exchange if you need new!
