Zimmer sehr düster, Teppich alt

De dame aan de receptie. Stond niet op bij binnenkomst, maar bleef lui zitten. Waren uiteten en bij terugkomst geen begroeting en heeft ons niet geïnformeerd dat er een paar uur geen stroom zou zijn. Dame gevraagd en ze was niet geïnteresseerd ons van informatie te voorzien. Ze zei noch niet eens sorry!!! Een paar uur in het donker gezeten. Die dame kan beter een baan zoeken waar ze geen kontakt heeft met mensen!

Die Lage ist gut.

Das Zimmer konnte man nicht richtig lüften, man muss die Tür aufstehen lassen. Trotzdem ekelhaft. Die Einrichtung war extrem verschimmelt. Wir sind noch am Tag der Ankunft wieder abgereist.

The location, near shops and within walking distance of Riviera Village (and the beach, if you’re committed), was excellent. The parking accommodated us well and required no additional fee. The linens and towels were nice quality, and I really liked that the mattress was protected by a full sleeve/cover. The TV was a great size and allowed us to use alternate inputs. The AC unit worked really well and we were really comfortable.

The walls were extremely thin, and you could hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. Also, our non-smoking room smelled somewhat smoky the entire time we were staying there. All of the lights used bright white lightbulbs, which probably wouldn’t bother most people, but as a more light sensitive person, I definitely struggled with it. For what we paid, I was hoping we wouldn’t have these issues.

Close to Torrence Memorial Hospital. Very Convenient and safe location. I left a very expensive jacket behind when we checked out. I called the next day and the housekeeper had turned it into the office. The staff was polite and helpful getting me back my jacket. It was mailed to my house within a week of our stay. I would recommend the Best Western Redondo Inn with great confidence. Quiet and safe area even on Pacific Coast Highway!

Everything was better than I had expected. No complaints. The staff were responsive and friendly.
