Didn’t manage to have breakfast.

Very noisy premises. Got woken at 6.30 this morning with a baby continuously crying and there parents slamming doors for over 2 hours. Had an awful nights sleep. Brought it to the attention of the staff , but they did nothing.

Rooms are accessible to the public making you feel very unsafe! It was also was very noisy!! You can hear the traffic and other people talking, yelling too easily. The rooms literally hit the first bed that’s the amount of space there is.

The location was good and if your early you can get free parking

The mattress was really bad and fridge was nosy. Breakfast was not worth a mention

The location was good, not too far from Fisherman's Wharf and other sights. The shower was very good, if not a great height. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom door wasn't sealed, so even when closed, people talking in the hallway sounded very loud, as if they were in the room. Wood flooring in the room, with no rug, made it fairly cold. Lighting wasn't great in the room.

Had a lovely stay at this place for 4 nights. Close to fisherman's wharf, Public transport, food places and pubs. Had a microwave and fridge. Not too noisy.

We think our room was not cleaned. The pillow cases have a lot of stains that we need to cover it with bath towels so we can use it. The fridge has a left over foods from previous customer maybe. There is a container inside the fridge with food inside😟 Also the beddings and blankets has a lot of stain too. Good thing we bring some personal blankets and that’s the one we used that night. We a have kid with us so cleanliness is very important to us😞 We didn’t complain on the front desk anymore because we are very tired from a long drive. Hopefully they will do changing and cleaning beddings all the time.

facility is old and not well maintained

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and well equipped (multiple USB outlets, lights). The AC unit was very effective and the room got us warm in minutes on a cold day. The breakfast was as promised - small, but enough to start the day. We could grab a coffee to go whenever we wabted.

The building did not have an elevator, so you'll have to drag your luggage up one or two sets of tall stairs.

Not much there so we walked down the street to Mel’s diner which was fabulous

The toilet almost over flowed we were afraid to flush again till morning when I did I was ready to turn the water off and discovered this toilet you have to hold down the handle until it completely empties

Very good location, short walking distance to Golden Gate.

it was a little noisy at night and having to carry luggage upstairs is a bit difficult.

The location is awesome. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything I needed. Employees were nice and diligent.

Breakfast was disappointing, extremely minimal.

room was okay, except that there was no lift to the 2nd floor and we had a lot of luggage.

The breakfast choices were inferior not much to choose from. The smoke alarm went off on our last night at 2 am We had an early morning flight out We were given another room at that time but it wasn't easy to sleep due to the time we had to go into that room
