We did not stay.i canceled my reservation and have messaged Booking. com twice already so I do not get charged a fee

I only reserved at l this hotel for use of the pool. The pool was not in service and no prior notification was advertised or mentioned in the booking. This is the reason I should not be charged a.fee.

didn't have breakfast, rooms were nice and comfortable, staff were warm and welcoming. hotel was centrally located. price was good.

There's nothing negative to say. I always enjoy staying at the Hampton.

I loved how clean and spacious the room was. I also love that they used environmentally conscious brands. I especially love that there is a microwave and a fridge in the room, made it very convenient.

I didn’t like that the doors slam close so easily that when the neighbors come in and out of their rooms, it was incredibly loud. We must have had neighbors who were smokers because the door slamming occurred 4 to 5 times throughout the night and each time the door slammed close, it would jolt us awake. We are not even light sleepers; it was that loud!
