did not stay for the night left because room was bad

Did not like the room the floor was lifting and it smelled molded was not comfortable staying the night.

There was nothing to like. This place was horrible. I will never go back. The room was falling apart. The mattress was so warm it bowed in the middle so you are trapped in the middle of the bed. And there was no cushion left to it. Our backs are horrible right now.

The staff were very rude and aggressive. They were doing work in the room next to us until 10 pm. We had a service dog with us and they argued saying that dogs weren't allowed. My husband showed him the service papers. I also tried showing him the email correspondents from when booking the room that I had notified them we would have her with us and he refused to look at it. He just harassed us whenever he saw us every time I asked to speak to the manager he was conveniently not there. When we went to check out they did a walk through and said because there was dog hair on the ground they were keeping our $150 deposit for damage. I offered to sweep it out, but they refused. There was lots of arguing then all of a sudden the manager appeared from the back room, defense and defending his employee, once again saying no dogs are allowed he didn't care then refused to tell me the employees name or give me a receipt. So I had to get the police involved. I finally got a name, receipt and my deposit back. It was the worst experience. I am so upset over it.

Location

The room did not compare to the website photos. When I booked this room it said free breakfast. When checking in we where told they don't offer breakfast anymore.

I liked the location. It was near the baseball fields where I played.

Everything was excellent.

Room was dirty nasty they wouldn’t move me at all refused to refund my money poor service all around

Sheets and towels were clean. Unfortunately there is not much more I can say here.

The room was in poor repair - holes in walls and bathroom door, toilet seat loose, no hot water in the morning, furniture old and heavily scratched, no pool, needs painting/scratches and marks all over, looks like black mold around the tub, caulk missing, liner in tub glued into base, raw nails exposed where baseboard was missing, extra unused furniture stored backwards under sink, phone not working, no extra blankets, heater unit had raw sheetrock around the entire edge, very minimal towels supplied/not even two washcloths or hand towels, old faded sign taped on wall next to TV with extensive "troubleshooting" directions, sign on toilet said "FLASH ONCE... NO HARD MATERIAL" (not sure what this means, but odd), refrigerator temp froze everything we had in there/drinks actually busted open.

We called the office more than one time because the people from the upstairs room were very noisy during the night time. Wasn’t able to get enough sleep due to the yelling & all the stumping from the upstairs room. The people from the office didn’t answer right away nor did they do much about the noise from the top rooms.
