The location was great, the apartment had most of the facilities we needed, check-in/out was quick and easy. The parking was on-site and the staff were helpful.

The apartment was clearly quite tired and although this didn't affect our use of the facilities at all, it would have been nicer the place was freshened up - it wouldn't take much. There was no hairdryer in the room.

The apartment was dirty and most things were broken or not up to standard as advertised or expected. The staff is rude and liars. They agreed to refund us as we didn't even stay in the apartment at all then lied about it and refused. And also booking.com has been no help at all and is siding with the owners even though the "supervisors" agree with me. You and pathway suites are scammers. Never again will I use your service.

I liked the proximity to Square one and public transportation.

The smell is really bad inside the Room, besides there are broken equipments as the microwaves. The administration are not so kind.

Underground Parking

It was expensive for the quality offered. The furniture isn't good, secondly the apartments need alot of work especially the flooring.

1) Washroom sizes are v v small 2) No daily cleaning service or even alternate day service wud help greatly.

Cleanliness - room very dirty, not cleaned shower, not vacuumed, dusted etc. Walls marked, water damage, bed frame broken

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Location was extremely perfect and walking distance from the Square one mall. Apartment was clean and nice. Amenities in the building ware excellent.

Everything was perfect.

The handling of the employee was very bad because I asked for an extra bed for my child and one of the employees answered me with acceptance without mentioning the additional fee. When they brought me the bed, the other employee told me that there was an extra fee for the mattress and began to mention an amount and more than it, and if I did not accept, he would return the mattress . And they did not bring pillows, and my children slept without pillows, and I tried to communicate with them repeatedly, but no one responded. Honestly, this was a very bad way to deal

The location was excellent, it was in the Mississauga downtown and all restaurants and shopping area was on walking distance. I would love to visit again and will stay will Pathway Suites.
