Close parking, easy access to room, room was very close to pool (biggest perk!) Room was clean, well decorated, shower was nice. Loved the blackout curtain, and the small couch with table. Bed was comfy, ac worked really well. Lots of space in the dresser drawers, and the hanging rack was sturdy and easily accessible. Fridge and microwave were also clean. The light around the large mirror was really handy

Only dislike was the main entry/exit to the parking lot (where it exits onto Virginia Street was hectic and tricky to maneuver. Mainly used the side entrance to parking lot)

There was a leak from the ceiling in our restroom

clearly they have renovated recently. the property was comfortable, but it’s still just a nice Motel 6. Price paid was too much

Room decoration and location.

The Staff was awful. They were all in a bad mood. They shouldn´t be at the front desk; they aren´t trained to work with people. The coffee in the lobby was hot water with a "splash" of coffee and NO water to drink.

The room was cute and the bed was both massive and very comfortable.

A bit high priced

Location was perfect. Room was so great, set up so well, comfortable and quiet and very clean.

Check out was 11, but at 9:25 I got a knock on door from housekeeping even thought I had the Do not disturb in my door. Told them I am still here. Got another kick on my door at 10, different housekeeping person, told him I was still there. Suggestion: do not pester people to check out unless it’s past check out time! I was trying g to relax before a medical procedure.

The room was fine, but the walls were thin. I could hear the neighbor's tv and conversation like it was in my own room and another neighbor had a dog that whined all night. The front desk was polite when I asked to be moved, but the hotel was full that night. Also the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.

Gentlemen at reception desk was nice as can be. Excellent employee.

Parking lot should have had snow plowed.

refrigerator had leftover food from previous guests which makes doubt about cleaning process.
