Parking with multiple doors made it easy to haul luggage. Cafe was excellent with Starbucks coffee! Close to interstate, but no traffic noise.

Shower head was too low, I'm 6', it was at like 5'6".

I specifically paid extra for a room with a balcony facing the water - ended up with a room that faced the hotel in a courtyard - even after I mentioned I specifically paid extra for a view of the water - really disappointed

Location near to airport

Called for shuttle four times and got no response at all Supposed to be available and wasn’t We had been traveling from Europe for nearly 24 hours After an hour of waiting outside in the supposed shuttle location and never getting through on our various cell phones we took a taxi On arrival, our rooms were not in the main building as requested ,we are 80 plus and one of us had difficulty walking because of an Achilles tendon injury, but in the tower This is a long distance from the main part of the building and there was no help available for bag services etc All in all we were completely dissatisfied We have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions and been satisfied with the service provided This time we were not and are considering whether we’ll ever stay there again as there are many different choices in the adjacent area

worst sound insulation I have ever experienced in a hotel. we could hear noise from all adjacent units. poor construction. parking lot was a concern due to location.
