The room was dirty beds were not comfortable. Room had an odor. Nothing in the kitchen to cook with not enough towels. window were nasty.

Door not sealed can see outside hair in shower looked like shit on the wall of the shower and the smell of weed all around and would not refund us our money

That was right on the beach and it was a good area for food and not grocery store things like that

I have asked for a I first floor but they gave me on the second floor how to grow up and down a step that was not clean at all there was a cigarette butt on the floor which I had to ask for non-smoking the stuff wasn't white down the table was dirty it was left over food and refrigerator but the one maintenance guy has what is a very very nice he helped me carry my stuff upstairs said he couldn't believe it they didn't give me a first floor but I just had knee surgery 7 weeks ago and it was very hard for them steps and my TV broke had called the office and the girls I was very upset at that point and with him a couple hours I had a new TV when they inscribe put it in for me other than the girl in the office everybody else is very nice very disappointed because the pictures on booking.com are nothing like we're alone we stayed in they're not with anything like it the kitchen is very old the cabinet doors were just hanging there the paint was chipped all of the cabinets and microwave was old and dirty I would never use any dishes in there I brought my own paper plates and plastic wear but we made it forever and we'll never go back there for the amount of money that I paid should have been at least a first floor and non-smoking not showing the picture cuz I only have bad ones of how dirty it was and how the cabinets were so bad in the kitchen

The service was excellent. The Office Rep went to extreme to try to help us with changes we requested. The entire staff that we delt with were excellent. I would love to give them a 5 star rating but the hotel was not clean. I would love to show them how to clean some of the areas that was very disappointing.

The hotel is an old hotel but you can tell that the staff are trying very hard to give excellent service. The old part does not bother my husband and I but the cleanliness really bothers me. I cleaned the bathroom and other area's myself. If they could get this hotel cleaned up and repair minor issue's they would be Perfect.

Location was excellent . Staff was nice.

Hotel is dated and in need of repairs. Beds are very uncomfortable. Showers had no shelves anywhere to put shampoo n toiletries etc. Pool was cloudy n dirty.
