The beds were way too small.

The location was great. The evening staff were very pleasant and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled clean our entire visit.

The breakfast was a joke. I expected way better food. The menu consisted of pre prepped food heated, dry tasting and burnt. The two females who worked overnight weren't pleasant, they had attitudes and didn't smile. They kept a frown and acted as if you were bothering them when asked a question.

Nice beach front room. Good breakfast.

Wished they had a larger grassed area for pets.

Better pillows

Loved the location, staff was great about making sure if we asked for something they were great about get us what we needed asap. breakfast was delicious, especially the weekend meals, ocean veiw was excellent.

Bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock no privacy could see through cracks. Needs more smoking sections the only one is out front and if your kids are in the pool they expect you to leave them unattended to leave the pool area all the way down to the sand to smoke

The breakfast was less than desirable. Ended up having to go out for breakfast.

It was clean and the pool area was nice.

I was shocked to see the pet area. it was so small and there wasn’t any grass, just mulch/bark. My little chihuahua had a hard time walking on it. Very disappointing at the lack of thought for our pets.

We love the view of the beach and how the kitchen area looks compared to other hotels or resorts we've stayed at.

We didn't like how many cockroaches we found upon our arrival but as soon as I called the front desk they accommodated us to another room which was great but again more cockroaches and spiders now. The pillows had a bad smell we didn't want to complain again because my grandmother and uncle just got here from Europe from a long 10+ hour trip and we didn't want to move again and decided to cover the pillows with towels. We were tired plus I had my son with me who was already tired and crying. We try to make the best of it and enjoy the weekend. The staff was nice but in the rooms, we were not happy at all. I asked housekeeping the next day to change our sheets and when we came back from the beach nothing was changed we aren't the type of people to be complaining we thought maybe they are running behind and left for the pool and came back again and nothing so we decided to just ask for sheets ourselves on a different floor where my sister was staying too and we happened to see housekeeping and she gave us sheets to change our beds.

it was right on the beach with an amazing view!! Our room was very reasonable for the amenities it offered. Breakfast was delicious!!

The only issue we had was the elevators were down. However, we only stayed for 1 night and got there late. The maintenance manager was working on it when we got there and he was very helpful.

we loved everything! clean friendly essentials quiet but plenty of things to do. the staff was outstanding. friendly and everyone always doing something. breakfast phenomenal!!
