Lovely view, clean facilities, quiet and right on the beach, staff was nice and knowledgeable, different types of stays - I want to check out a villa next time!

Nitpick things that did not bother us but may bother others: Only one elevator worked, the door to our room shut insanely loud, in our bathroom you could hear people talking in the bathroom below us (word for word), and limited parking.

The room and staff were wonderful. Location great. My cousin worked there over 20 years.

The water was shut off for several hours due to repairs.

Location was wonderful. Every room had view of the ocean and beach. Pricing was also another plus. Great value.

Quiet location on the beach, can’t drive on beach so we like that. It is an older place so you realize that when you choose it. We have gone several times and will continue to choose this place. Nice to be able to walk quickly to the beach.

furnishings were comfortable but the room was damp the entire stay. Couldn’t get towels or swim suits etc to dry. Also Booking.com said we were to get a cottage but we were out in the hotel instead.

Room was plenty large and at first glance is clean. I have some complaints but done that would keep me from going back. Although I feel the price should reflect the age and issues of the motel

elevator extremely small and hot. No ventilation found several large pieces of trash in room that maid did not get before our stay. bathroom needs updated and did not seem clean. Could just be the aged areas there sprinkler water hit my car and it took hard scrubbing to get the film off my window and hood. Pool had lots of sand everyday we were there. Plugs near bathroom did not work.

We liked being right on the beach and the view of the water was very nice.

The Covid sign in the elevator needs to come down.

Great location & beach access/views. Pool was clean, pleasant. Room was nice size and beach views from room was great. Staff was attentive & helpful. Area not too far from multiple restaurants.

Room had plenty of cold air from a/c, but the tile floors felt wet and slipped. The furniture was very nice, but the drawers smelled very musty so I couldn't use them.

Facilities are outdated. The toilet was consistently flushing, the pool was closed, and the room was not cleaned. While we asked for the towels replacement only two were provided.

There was not a single thing we didn't like! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back!

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean facilities and pool! Beds are comfy and the doors and windows are secured properly with no drafts. There’s a ceiling fan and decent amount of lights.

Mini fridge needs to be replaced, oddly placed outlets, and definitely being your own toiletries.

So convenient to the stores, restaurant and the beach right. Staff friendly and the place was very clean. We'll be back.

No explanation from staff re: pool closing for 2 days.

Very clean rooms . Beds comfortable, beautiful property.

Clean facility, well kept pool. Very friendly staff. Beach was OK considering post Hurricane debris.

-Ongoing construction with loud hammer chisel noise all week days. (Had to go for long drives to get relief). -2nd elevator was out of use. -Local TV channel access instructions were poor. (Had to call maintenance for instructions, fine when knew the local op.) -Small ants or spiders crawling all over the kitchen counter. Staff called them "sugar ants". Complained but no relief. Tried to keep the area clean, but back in the morning. -Parking was limited much of the time.

Quiet and comfortable. Loved the location, the ocean view, and the over all feel of the Coral Sands Inn.

Coral Sands had update property pictures. The rooms were exactly the way the photos showed. Coral sands was right on the beach and the views were spectacular. 5 stars

if I had to speak of one negative thing would be the one elevator being out. They do have two different elevator’s so it really wasn’t inconvenient. I really can’t say anything negative about Coral Sands.

The location is fantastic! Quiet and safe area. Polite check in staff. Room is nice and views are great. Always a pleasure.

As with any other property the smoking of anything (cigarettes/vapes) policies have tightened. Not a huge fan of the designated smoking area but totally understand.
