Great stuff!!! I think best i have ever met! Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

I had couple minor issues: 1) the light in my room twice turned on by itself in the middle of the night (2am and 3am) got me very scared . 2) at the arrival day my room has no hand soap, i asked one of the maids to fill it up, but probably she didn't understand me, and the next day i had to ask for it in reception (it was fixed), 3)isolation between floors is not the best, you can heat your upstairs neighbors if they are loud, but i guess earplugs can solve that problem

The fridge in the room cooled everything very well which I loved. They had ice machines on each they provided coffee and iron and hairdryer.

The room.smelt damp and felt damp even though they had a dehumidifier in the room They didn't clean the room for 1 day. The one waitress was amazing but I was annoyed a 20% gratuity was already added for staff who didnt even bother. The check in staff are very slow. You also pay 45 dollars a day for resort fees to use the beach umbreallas, which I never used. There should be an option to oay it only if you will use it It's fine for the price but I will not stay there again

I left very important medicine at the hotel and tried to reach them several times since I live out of town. I called, left voice mails, several emails and still no answer from anyone at Circa 39. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Place was dirty and smelled like urine. Two towels in the room were dirty and tv was not working. I was trying to called them so they could bring more towels to the room and fix the tv, but they didn’t even answer the room phone. Not worth it.

We loved the perfect location with only 200m to the beach, the friendliness of staff, the size of the hotel (small and cozy) and esp. the outdoor facilities (pool and outdoor area). They also serve delicious food with reasonable prices :-)

The furniture in the bathroom was a bit broken due to age, but this is really a tiny thing to complain about. It worked, was just a bit loose.

You can perfectly hear the noises of the floor from the room upstairs. I did not rest, couldn’t sleep due to noises of the wood floor crunching every time they walk. Really bad the noises.

Friendly staff, nice little pool, quieter than South beach.

Agréablement surprise, hôtel avec un personnel chaleureux, les équipements au top ( piscine chauffée, serviettes, transat & parasol à la plage, fontaine à eau et à glaçons). Le restaurant est très bon + très bonne literie Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille avec des enfants.

La clim est très forte dans l hôtel, mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail

Bedroom wasn’t 100% clean, went to plug charger in behind the bedside table and it was filthy as was under the bed. Noisy (assume) air con unit outside bedroom window and very noisy from upstairs due to wooden floors. Broken pool step (middle step be careful!)

Great staff, great location . I wouldn't rate it a 4 stars hotel tho.They reimbursed my resort fees for the extremely noisy room.

Noisy We asked to be moved to another room as we had an air conditioning block right under our window which was making a lot of noise. Unfortunately our request could not be met. Difficult to sleep in these conditions. Regarding the beach: There were 4 of us and there were only 2 chairs on the beach and only 1 umbrella. Impossible to stay in the sun in these conditions. Parking: there is a parking near the hotel but we had to pay almost 150$ for 3 days...

The pool, the bar and restaurant (Hector was great), rooms were clean and comfy and well equipped

Location is great, staff are nice, all room amenities available and working will. Has a location with umbrellas on the beach.

The hotel is a bit old, relatively small room, very small bathroom. The floor squeaks when people pass outside, woke me up alot.

was given poor choice of rooms. by ice, laundry, & elevator. loud people upstairs. very thin walls. did not rest well.

Service was amazing and place is amazing. In a quiet area and overall a great place to stay in Miami Beach!
