La cama muy cómoda

Con temperaturas de 14°C tenían el AC prendido en frío en todo el hotel, no tienen como calefaccionar porque "no están en clima frío", podrían al menos apagar el AC. En cuanto ingresas a la habitación y pides se configure la calefacción el personal miente y sube la temperatura en el display (obviamente nunca va a calentar) Hice una reserva para 2 adultos y 1 niño de 9 , la habitación estaba solo con una cama, y sólo habían 2 toallas. Los tomacorrientes de las mesas de noche no funcionaban. En la recepción dan información sobre las tarjetas para la salida del estacionamiento y tampoco es correcta (además el estacionamiento es pago y caro).

Great location near AEG HQ. Nice gym and pool. Really good breakfast, very nice staff. Great free shuttle.

Property could use some updating. Rooms were a little worn. Wish they had a shuttle to go to beach area.

One of the bartender was not so friendly, he seems a bit racist. The room opposite mine whomever was there ,kept banging the door each time they close it which was very regular.

A hospedagem no geral foi muito boa, só seria perfeito se não me fosse cobrado o café " já pago antecipadamente ao Booking ", e apesar de mostrar até minha reserva feita , após eu ter feito o check-out veio o débito em meu cartão, algo que não procede absolutamente. Mandei email para o hotel e não obtive resposta. Desagradável.

Amenities and location

Great value for money paid. Highly recomended for a miami trip. Many ammenities to enjoy (gym, pool) and a awsome view! There are a lot of parking space. And the Staff was quite friendly. We really enjoy our stay here.

Not many things I didn't like, but I have to mention something is regarding the restaurant not opening at night, no room service, and we found some little ants in our bed sheets.

The Pullman Miami was very close to the airport, and a fabulous bakery, where I stopped ahead of time for a Cuban sandwich. The staff was very friendly, giving me a note to the morning kitchen staff for me to get a coffee before they opened in the very early morning. The bed was comfy! Thank you

The room felt a little dated. Both the shampoo and body was in the shower were empty. I did hear my neighbor, before falling asleep, but he did not keep me up.
