The staff was phenomenal! Kept it very clean and was very kind.

The walls are pretty thin so you’re able to hear everyone around you, especially being located downstairs.

We were allowed to check in early and the man who runs it is nice enough.

The place is very low end. When we arrived a hillbilly was repairing his derelict truck in the parking lot drinking beer and listening to the music blasting out of his room on the first floor. Sadly, it seems to be a haven for derelicts and folks who are down on their luck. It would be impossible to imagine that those unfortunate souls were paying anything even remotely close to the rate we were charged online. There is a huge sand filled puddle right in the middle of the site which is what all the rooms are overlooking. It once was a pool and judging by the rust on the old, falling down, steel fencing around it, there is no plan to replace the pool site or do any landscaping......its clearly been this way for at least a year or two. Its quite shocking when you pull up and see this considering the pictures available on this web site. Its just a dirt wasteland in the middle of the buildings. If I had not prepaid, we would have left immediately. The man who runs the place clearly has very very low standards for what constitutes a hotel although he is a nice enough guy. He is simply in the wrong business, or maybe the right business but in the wrong....location? Not sure.....There are so many other nice places in the area, at least 30, that charged less and offered the bare minimum and more. Its realistically a $60-70/night room. I would be careful about any deposits requested because this place looks like the bank is about to repossess it.

absolutely nothing. I was charged twice and refunded once. I called the hotel, they blamed it on Booking.com. I called booking.com twice and they gave me the refund the first time and then turned around and charged me again. I called the 2nd time and the customer service rep was completely lost in translation and gave me the run around. These people stole $198 from me and refused to make it right. I don’t know how they can operate with total lack of integrity. I am never using them again! Be ware!

Prepaid for room, when I got there after a 7 hour drive and checked in they gave me a room, not what I paid for, but had loose flooring that I cut my foot on, the walls were more putty and spackle than any paint and no cable TV. In the morning when I went to check out nobody would answer the bell, just a locked door and a key drop off slot.

The property was really close to the beach! I also liked that it’s was quiet at night, when we had any issues the maintenance man or the front desk helped with no problems! it was an awesome stay and the staff was amazing!

The rooms was newly renovated. Really delicate, clean with the "new" smell. Got a very nice price as well.
