It is clean, good price and you can walk to all attractions without worrying about where to park.

There is a club right in front of it. Weekend noise that went quite late woke us up a few times.

Cozy with good access to car parking.

Check in time. I don’t know the rules in Niagara, but 3:00 pm is too late for check in I think.

Its always a pleasure to stay here. Always clean and the location is great. The owner's are wonderfull ppl.

I really like this place. - The location is perfect. This hotel is very close to the falls and to all the main attractions - Free parking is included with your reservation (other hotels charge a ridiculous amount for this). - Very friendly staff. They did everything possible to accommodate an early check in - Good internet A few things things to keep in mind: - I got a room with a very soft/bouncy mattress which for one night was good, but could be a challenge if you have back problems (I remember other rooms had firmer mattresses). - I had to leave very early in the morning while the reception was closed but a simple call helped find a solution to return my key. Overall a great experience. I will for sure be back.

This is the third or fourth time I stay here and I noticed a few things this time which should be easy to fix: - The room had a smell to what the person at reception described as bleach. I'm not convince that was the case. The room was probably cleaned in a rush while trying to accommodate my early arrival. It was either not cleaned properly or the amount of bleach used was more than the necessary. - It snowed significantly on the days before my visit and the parking lot had a lot of snow. There was enough space for several cars but maybe something to keep in mind to also prevent accidents when the snow freezes.

Obwohl direkt an der Straße gelegen ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig gewesen. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants und alles ist von hier zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Toujours très propre et bien entretenu. Très confortable, très jolie et tranquille. J'adore cet endroit, facile d'accès, proche de tout, peu dispendieux.

We actually didn’t stay the night as we had a family emergency but from what we saw, the rooms were recently redone. The decor was nice. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Location is great with an easy walk to the casino or down to the falls. Staff very friendly.

The bathrooms are small. The sink is one of the micro sinks. Foam Soap dispenser at the sink and in the shower. Something you would find in a gas station washroom. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Towels are small and thin. Typical motel stuff.

Great location, easy access to the falls. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and let us check in after hours and leave our car in the parking lot for a few hours after checkout.

It was across from a club so it was a bit noisy at night.

Close to the main strip and 5-10 min walk to the falls. Free parking. Clean room and bed sheets. Good value

The door seems to be drafty and you’ll have to use the A/C unit to heat the room as you can’t control the radiator heat. Not an issue in the summer when it’s hot, but it can be colder in the fall/winter :)

The location is very closed to cliffton midway. We can walk there in 10 minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff, free parking and walking distance to anywhere you would want to be in Niagara. Slightly longer walk to the falls as compared to other bigger hotels but still 10 minutes is not much. Clean and spacious rooms.

It has the perfect location. 5 minute walk from Clifton Hill and maybe 10 minutes from the waterfalls.

When you first see the property it is very dated. But the rooms were very comfortable and clean. TV reception was not great. The reception was lost for more than a half hour. The property is very close to the downtown and Niagara Falls and is walkable from the motel.

Spotty TV service, small sink in bathroom, larger would be more convenient. No coffee in the room. No flyswatter on property to kill the pests.
