The bedding was dirty they didn't have any towels in the room

There was a little animals on the bed bug’s and they charge me extra room then I didn’t get it if somebody could give me a call please thank you very much

The location is nice, not far from Niagara Falls.

The room had cocroaches..the matteress was fithy and stained and the box spring was ripped they should burn them to be honest..the chairs in the room were both stained ..the room stunk of beer ..no maid service asked for new towels and we only recevied a wash cloth and room was never cleaned..nothing about this place was any good woukd recommend highly that no one stay here and you should actually do inspections of properties on your site...couldn't get a refund at all after we checked in...another suggestion would be when you check in and yiur room is a dump you should be able to get a refund and not lose your money due to you canceling

it’s waste of money and bathroom door was not locking it was dusty and a/c was not working properly paid nearly 200$ fro stay

I like the location.

It was not clean everywhere inside the room. Blanket didn't seem changed and bathroom was dirty.

I feel like there could have been some improvements made to the room that I booked. Unfortunately, the place was not well kept. I recommend that some touch ups are made to the rooms to create a more welcoming and comfortable experience for other families.

The room was cleaned but old dilapidated, Goodwill furniture . Carpet old needs changing , the bed was uncomfortable and noisy just sitting on it. Seem as if the foundation was tin panel not wood Dirty or stained towels. No coffee machine

the windows in my room were busted with the glass laying in my room, burn holes in all the sheets and blankets, door did not lock, all furniture is stained with blood, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed! I feared for my safety.
