The location and view were perfect. The landscaping and building accents were lovely.

The location was within walking distance of Old Town park, museums and all the wonderful restaurants. The room was comfortable and gave us the ability to eat in our room. The water filler made it easy to keep refilling our water bottles.

The decor is a little outdated.

We had breakfast on the last day. the breakfast at the restaurant was great. our second night at the hotel was good. the pool area was nice and clean. The hotel staff were so nice and helpful.

the first night, we found bed bugs in the room. I woke up at 1 am to bites all over my arm and neck. The office staff were so helpful. All though the hotel was fully booked, they made accommodations for us and move us to another room with in the hour. I am so grateful to the gentleman who worked the front desk. he got us out of that infested room quick. He gave us breakfast vouchers for us to use that morning, but due to us having to check the new room for bugs and making sure it was safe for us to sleep in the bed, we did get to sleep in to the morning hours. so we missed the free breakfast.

Fantastic location in Old Town. Close to tram station and tourist information and tour bus.

Very close to Old Town. Could walk there from the hotel.

Rooms were very outdated. Furniture was old and had actual holes in places. The room was dreary, the bathroom outdated, the USB port didn’t work, the clock wasn’t even plugged in, everything very old. Even the bedspreads and mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The hotel was nice from the outside, but the rooms were very small and in need of upgrading. Very disappointed and won’t stay there again.

Bed was not very comfortable. The area outside our room was extremely noisy. The cleaning ladies carts were so loud!

Dam teenagers woke us up and scared my wife she ran to the bathroom scared they slammed something against the door I called the front desk and security guards were taking too some of them upstairs but besides that we love staying there

Location was amazing. Easy walk to Old Town restaurants and trolley station. Gorgeous facilities, clean room.
