Adequate- was a saving from not having to go somewhere.
Had a leak thru the lights in the bathroom- had to change rooms at night. Don’t know if it came from the room over us but could have ruined the whole bathroom because no one was there to at least to investigate it. Would not even bring a bucket. Luckily the water slowed and finally stopped.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the wharf.
There was a leak in the hallway and rain water was everywhere. The water broke the elevator and my husband and daughter couldn’t get out when it stopped in between floors. Kind of scary.

Dobre śniadanie, świetna lokalizacja i bardzo duży pokój. Dodatkowym atutem był duży i bezpłatny parking.
Pokój był poniżej poziomu ulicy i taras był osłonięty wysokim murem. Brak jakiegokolwiek widoku z okna. Trzeba zaznaczać aby pokój był na wyższym piętrze.

Die Lage war perfekt, um schnell am Wharf zu sein, von der aus viele Whale watching Touren starten. Fußläifog alles super zu erreichen. Zudem war das Zimmer im Hotel sehr großzügig mit einem großen Balkon und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Wir hatte zudem einen Parkplatz in der großen Tiefgarage. Das war sehr praktisch.
Das Zimmer hat zunächst etwas unangenehm gerochen, nachdem wir gelüftet hatten, war es aber völlig in Ordnung.

The room was big and clean, the location great. Breakfast was very good.

Location to Monterey Fisherman's Warf and Cannery Row was great walking distance the rooms were nice and roomy for families we especially like the cozy fireplace
The breakfast could be improved needed scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs also potatoes would be a plus to add. Also just me I like a softer bed

Location was perfect. I loved the fountain in the courtyard and the balcony. Overall, a great hotel in a great location. Staff was accommodating.

Room was never serviced, in fact I never saw hotel maid service personnel or cleaning carts on site during my stay.
Property is run down and in desperate need of repairs and updating.
When I checked into my room the door leading out to the balcony, which faced a busy street, was wide open.

Excellent location.
No matches or lighter in room for fireplace. Only one wine glass when Suite is designed for at least a couple. TV could not stay connected to correct input, needed to be set every time power was turned on.

Parking and room
The sofa bed was outright BAD, the fireplace was too tedious to operate, the breakfast place was out of premises and the breakfast spread had nothing hot, very basic no omlettes...needs improvement .
