no linen available for pullout bed, couch cushions and carpet full of stains, not enough towels provided, had loud blowers and fans in the hallway right outside the room, breakfast was out of everything by 8:30, coffee was cold. basically just all around a dissapointment

The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, hard working. and accommodating.

When I called for reservations, I thought I was speaking with a Holiday Inn employee when he suggested I make the reservations online. My husband made them for our stay and we made a printout giving confirmation. I presented this to the employee at checkin and learned that our reservations were made through a third party and that I could not obtain Priority Points for the stay because because I went through a third party. I had no idea this was a third party and I feel very strongly that this encroachment prevented me from earning points for the stay. The third party should nit have access to Holiday Inn customers without their know,edge.

Room was great, and exactly what we booked, staff was friendly, room was clean, great wi-fi for the grandkids, wonderful breakfast in the morning, great pool. Met all my expectations.

Didn't get breakfast, location was 20 mins out thr way.

Came in the bathroom no toilet paper, room phone didn't work, the outlet behind the stand was coming from the wall. Nobody to clean the room the front desk said " we couldn't have service cause we weren't staying 3 days or more. So we ask for a broom so we could sweep our room floor; "front desk clerk says we/I didn't have one". Could of had better service.

Front desk lady was super friendly. The room that she gave me was AMAZING OMG!!! Breakfast needs to add waffles and bacon back to the list. The sausage needs to be cooked more vs heated🤢. Other than that I love it here

The sausage is only heated needs cooked longer. Back needs to be added. Waffles needs to be added back!!

I am usually pretty easy to please but this place! It was a nightmare! The service was horrible. We didn’t get the room we reserved and payed for. The hotel attendant was beyond rude. when we called ahead to let them know we were running a little late for check in the hotel attendant stated “well ok but you don’t have to call, you just don’t have to call. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express… EVER!

super convenient right off the highway for our mid way stop on a trip from TX back home to NC. I can not say enough about the staff!!! I wish I would have got their names but the front desk gentleman that checked us in was wonderful and the woman that was overseeing the breakfast in the morning made my day!!! I was a little overwhelmed helping my 3 boys (11, 8 & 6 yr olds) plus the 2 other 11 year olds we had traveling with us after a long football tournament. She was so sweet and helpful and relieved so much stress from my morning.

I would love to have a cotton blanket for the bed instead of the comforter.

Peacefulness

The pool was nice and warm. It was indoor and clean. The location was perfect and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast was not good. the biscuits were hard, the pancake machine did not work, the sausage was nasty and didn’t appear to be done. The first night there were not enough towels for everyone. There were only 3 sets of towels and 4 people. My husband went down to the front desk to request more towels and the front desk clerk insisted that he bring the dirty towels down first. After several minutes of trying to get her to understand there were never enough towels for the guest staying in the room she finally gave him another set of towels. When we went to the pool, there were no pool towels. I went to the front desk to request some and the same front desk clerk gave me a hard time about the pool towels. So if you’re staying here you may want to bring your own towels. The room needed some updating. The water fixture in the tub was hanging off, the ceiling was cracking and had water stains, and there was indentations in the wall by the door from the door know and the latch to lock it. The bathroom door was broken and never latched when closed meaning you also could not lock it. The staff was not nice. So we probably won’t stay here again.
