The fact the housekeepers were not keeping house. Rooms half cleaned, toilet & shower gross as ever. Roaches were crawling out the alarm clock had to unplug and sit outside door. pool has not been cleaned all summer seemingly

Good location closed to a lot of the places we needed to go.

The woman working the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude. I stood in front of her while she was doing nothing for at least 5 minutes. Then we she finally spoke she said my room wouldn’t be available for another 2 hours even though it was passed 4 already. I am used at least getting greeted when I approach the front desk, but she didn’t either time I went to the front desk.

Nothing, they did not honor my reservation. I booked. I was told they accepted too many reservations. The parking lot did not look as if the property was full.

House keeps don’t do they jobs!! It’s never a manger on site to talk to!

Needed my room cleaned picked up all my things so they can clean up why I was at work came back sheets was off the bed window was open and it was noting they can do about it!!!!

the staff was very nice and friendly

our ac did not work. the tub was not clean at all and the toilet had issues trying to flush

Great location. The hotel was really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was served when we got down to get coffee even though it says that it started at 630am, which was great for us that worked at the refinery and had to be there early.

The room needs some more lighting, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

It was the nastiest and Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at, The toilet definitely wasn't cleaned and hadn't been cleaned for weeks, Outside area of the rooms, parking lot, etc Was dirty and nasty, the only thing decent was the breakfast
