The front desk staff are all wonderful - very sweet girls each one and super helpful - comfortable beds and room - breakfast bags were good too
No hot water - I couldn’t take a shower because the hot water wouldn’t get hot enough - I think it’s bc of the construction

The staff was super nice! But that’s the only good thing about this property.
Everything but the staff.. oh, the location was close to my job so that was nice too. The entire hotel from the parking lot to the bathrooms just felt dirty and closed in. Even though I’m sure/hope the hotel room was cleaned, it just had a “dirty” feel to it. The shower didn’t stay hot very long. Due to construction you have to enter through a small door on the side but even if that was just a regular side entrance it still felt dirty and closed in. Elevator.. dirty. Just an overall ew hotel.. & btw i’m not even a picky hotel type of person especially when trying to stay on budget. But this one was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in.

The bed was comfortable! The staff were friendly!
The hotel is very old, and dark. We found out the hotel had some construction going on just before we arrived, which was unfortunate. We would have booked another place. The rooms are disappointing, just get my old.

I liked the location that the hotel was in not far from the beach or from exploring around town.
This felt more like a 2 star hotel rather than a three star I’ve stated at better. They half cleaned the room didn’t get all the trash. Stains on the pillows on the beds that I’m expected to lay my head and my family. I definitely will never stay again or recommend any one to stay here been better off staying somewhere else. Hotel also ran out of towels and thought breakfast was included in my deal like promoted.

The female staff person at the front desk was excellent! Her energy was great and she was so helpful and did not rush us at all during check in. Our room was also clean.
The hotel needs major upgrades. furniture and design are very old. Our trip was last minute and we were only staying for one night so we were able to deal with it for that short period of time. There was also a foul smell in the hallways closer to the elevator. Not sure what that was, but thankfully we were on the other side of the hall and could not smell it from our room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The market place on site for quick snacks and miscellaneous items. The grill was exceptional. Great food for a reasonable price.

No restaurant, no breakfast in this Hotel , we did not like the location...the Hotel needs to be repair ....old dated !!!!...like a 100 years old !!

The location. Cleanliness. Just really pleasant.
On the last day of our stay, one of the 2 elevators was not working, and there were 2 other people with us. It moved slowly up and down 3 times before we realized that it was not going to take us to the lobby. We ended up walking down the stairs, I have claustrophobia, so that was one experience I didn't like.

It was decently clean and the people were nice.
cigarette burns in the mattress, mattresses were hard and lumpy (both are backs hurt afterwords), they don't take license plates down and there was an alarm going off two nights in a row every ten minutes so we got no sleep which was the point of the stay and the hotel room smelled like smoke even though we requested a smoke free warms.

The location was great. We were in the middle of everything and only 12 or so minutes from the beach. There were lots of restaurants around to try. We enjoyed getting in the pool. The hot tub wasn't working, but that was okay. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! My boyfriend accidentally left his toiletry bag at home, but he was able to get what he needed from the front desk. Highly recommend!

The pool was cold. It would have been nice for the water to be heated.

It was in a good location
The smell of poop lingered throughout our floor and was so bad we had to light a candle the entire time we were there. The pool looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned and the jacuzzi was out of service.
