La proximité de Fisherman pour ceux qui veulent faire un tour de bateau pour voir les baleines. La parking qui est une denrée rare ou cher en Californie La rapidité des formalités La propreté de la chambre et des parties communes.

la chauffage quasi inexistant (même avec la couverture supplémentaire nous avons eu froid) L'absence d'isolation thermique et phonique (la benne à ordure vient en reculant au milieux du parking avec son bip bip digne du meilleur réveil à 6h du matin) si la seule poubelle était en limite de propriété cela assurerait une meilleur quiétude aux résidents. Et une rénovation serait la bien venue car tout semble arriver à bout de course dans la chambre.

The front desk lady was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean.

Slow wifi and I was not able to connect wifi on both of my laptops, couldn't do my work due to that. The internet provider also could not help me with it. Mattress needs to be changed. I had back pain in the morning.

Was busy with activities so the main thing I needed was a comfy bed. The bed was definitely comfy! The location was a little distance from my meetings but I enjoyed the easy walk thru downtown to and from the convention center

I will change my opinion when I receive my refund. One room was suppose to be charg d to my credit card and the other to my brother’s but both were charged to mine. They said they would refund me but haven’t done so.

the arbor inn is a cute little hotel nestled amongst the other ever so popular hotels that cover the entire road of munras ave. however, this price and comforting atmosphere are what keeps bringing you back. always a pleasure staying here

parking is limited and a little small if you have a bigger vehicle they do have more parking in the back area!

It was great and was around everything that I wanted to go to.

The last night I was there, the power went out and still didn't have power the next morning. Made it difficult to see, but I made it work with a flashlight and other means. Did not hear from the hotel management if and when the power would be back on or if I needed to worry about anything. The next morning, I went to return the key, and no management was around. Just a note saying a key drop box and a phone number for an in case there is an emergency. Don't know if they received my key or if I will be charged for another night due to not being able to talk with someone. As of right now, they still have no power.

ALL is good as always been coming here for 20yrs!!
