the property was clean, always someone to help, exceptional staff serving breakfast , the food was fresh, different daily hot meals with some things remaining the same as staples. I feel like they accommodate so many different breakfast styles for all guests, two staff really stood out (Cathy and Dylan, you both where so personable and made us feel so welcome! my family stayed for a week, and Wednesday they have a beautiful happy hour with drinks and food, kids where welcomed and accommodated with foods they could enjoy as well. activity books and reading books where available for traveling in cars for the kiddos, and the entire week was stress free and wonderful. we did not travel with pets, but I love that they also have pet availability. the kids had some pool time, it was quiet and enjoyable as a family.

the only thing I really noticed about the property that I was surprised about was the cost of the snacks and convenience items. I think putting gum at 9.00 and other items at double or triple the price at a store is a bit much. definitely convince items should be higher as they help from leaving the hotel but it was way to high in my opinion.

The suite was clean, had enough washcloths and towels for both of us (finally didn’t have to ask the front desk for more wash cloths), sheets and blankets and pillows looked and smelled cleaned, kitchen was well-equipped, and staff was very friendly.

That staff was absolutely amazing! We stayed for my sons birthday and they gave him bubbles and candy (with our permission) and made us feel so welcome! The pool was great my son loved it. The room was great the bed was so comfortable and room was very clean!

pleasant decor, the art work in the room and throughout the hotel was very pleasant.

Breakfast was excellent (especially those little omelet things). The coffee was good.

Really no complaints. They were completely full and very busy, but everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The suite set up was nice, and the location was good. Staff were really nice!

The building was in need of a little maintenance- the hot water heater gave out on one of the days and there was no hot water. Little bit of touch ups needed, but no big deal.
