Nothing!!!!

This hotel is awful!!!! The room was dirty and dingy. The furniture was old, dated, and in need of repair. The bathroom had some sort of white material on the floor which looked like spackle from the walls or ceiling. The toilet leaked water onto the floor whenever it was flushed. The bathtub had rust and caulking that was disgustingly filthy all around it. The carpet in the hallways and in the room was dirty and stained! This hotel offered a shuttle service on their website that did NOT exist. Overall, this hotel should be condemned!

The room was absolutely shoddy,unclean,and the children were cold all night because the heat wouldn't work in the room. Called the front desk for assistance and was told nobody was available to check the heater,and all other rooms were occupied- so we couldn't switch rooms. Plaster was falling from the ceiling area near top of the window! Mold also present. The kitchenette sink had hair in it and was clogged all nite. Couldn't use it. Was disgusting. The pull-out couch had a big hole in it and the measly 4 inch mattress on it was horrendous- all springs sticking upwards!! Also,there were no blankets or extra pillows to use!Just unacceptable all the way around! Will be contacting the general manager tomorrow.I intend on receiving a full refund for this horrible experience! This hotel shouldn't be renting this room out in the deplorable condition it's in! We wanted to leave immediately, unfortunately for us,we couldn't- due to prior commitment in the area the next day. I will never recommend this place to anyone! I'll warn them to stay away.

The free breakfast was good and the bad was comfortable.

Some of the furniture in the room was wobbly and a lot of the maintenance looked like it was done in a sloppy way. Also, we stayed for the pool but it didn’t open up until 3 o’clock so we never got to enjoy it.

The rooms were a mess the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in and there were holes in the wall where outlets were ripped out. The beds were so uncomfortable and there was little to no place to store things. The refrigerator did not fit in the space it was in and rocked every time you opened it. The front desk was often left empty and the flavored creamers were not put out because the housekeepers steal them as per an employee that snuck them out to us!

Run down dirty

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Appreciated the 24h supply of coffee and hot water.

I tried to walk from the Airport and got lost. Maybe a sign by the exit or some stairs down from the walkway in the air?

Location

Bulbs out in bathroom, electrical sockets not working, one usb port functional, didn’t notify us the pool wasn’t available but got me to stay when checking in as they said it might be tomorrow. Little did I know they were waiting for city checks for weeks already. I only booked for pool. Disappointed
