Buffet didn't have syrup with all the waffles that were cooked

Upon request with the front desk for housekeeping to clean our room, Housekeeping still did not clean our room or make up the bed, we requested this service twice, we spoke with employee Paul he recommended we talk to Mr Garrett/Gary the manager who said he would comp us two free nights stay which still didn't show up on my Hyatt rewards, pictures added shows housekeeping not doing their jobs

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Rooms were well appointed and the continental breakfast were great.

The only issue would be it’s proximity to nice restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and modern.

The room we were given was already occupied by someone else. The front desk was short-staffed. The issue was resolved & we were given a suite, but the entire check-in process was stressful.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. They had a spacious parking lot.

I don’t have any complaints.
